We do not book on thursdays. Normally book two months in advance for fri and sat. please call for availability of dates.  We recommend doing smaller shows in the front bar sunday through wednesday.

BOOKING is done through local promoters or bands so if you are touring find someone local willing to help you with the show and have them call and set up the show. Our myspace has plenty of local bands for your to browse through.

21 + up booking policy
FREE TO BOOK. EVERYONE must be 21 + with VALID I.d., including band members.  Three to four bands per show. Doors at 9pm. Shows starts by 10pm ending by 1:30 am. And same as 18+ shows for everything else.

18 and up
$200 to book the show. We book any day except Thursday, call number above for availability of date.
Doors and show length negotiable, though normally 5 hours total.  All attendees and band members (everyone!) must be 18 w/ valid I.d. or older due to new smoking laws. NO EXCEPTIONS. Promoter provides someone to collect money at the door. Regulars do not have to pay cover for show. We will provide someone to I.D. at the door. Everyone must have valid I.D. That means NOT EXPIRED. Everyone = bands, promoters, really everyone.  Promoter, bands, whoever, keeps 95% of door as “pay.” The other %5 is given to the bartender at the end of the night as an amusement tax the city collects from the show palace. You do not have to collect money at the door but then you won’t have money. You may collect between $3-5. More if previously negotiated   Flyers must be posted two weeks in advance both physically at the bar and on the myspace comment board. NO sound check. Load in is half hour before doors. We provide a sound person and  run everything through our speakers. We do NOT have a separate monitor mix. You are more than welcome to bring in your own sound person and system but not one or the other. Each band gets a free pitcher of beer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or graffitied equipment or drummers. Promotion is the job of the promoter so please make sure flyers are out. WE DO NOT HAVE A REGULAR CROWD TO PLAY TO. The shows are not run by belvederes so DO NOT contact us to get added to a show. Contact the promoter directly.

Addendum= Promoters are responsible for damages done by bands so do not bring in bands who wont respect the place. We reserve the right to cut the show at any time, though really, really hope not to do so. Basically, no biting.

Do Not post flyers with Belvederes on them on any city property. I will have to tear them down or get fined and will pass on the fine to the promoter.

Basically, we wish to make belvederes an atmosphere controlled by the desires of the patrons. So be a saint, a patron saint, and make suggestion on how we can improve, what we need to lose, and what's your favorite booze. cheers. piece. adios.
