Good Morning APG Minions, Fans, Casual Observers, Enemies, Pets, etc...

NEW SONGS, SHOWS, NEWS ETC.....

Exciting news to get to, but first, I should mention that the rules set forth in the previous blog are still in effect.  We recently sent out a show invitation to a very lucky few of you.  However, I don't expect to send many more because... well, because it's really annoying.

So, if you're reading this, consider it your Official Invitation to come and see APG on an ALL FREE WEEKEND!!!!!  Make sure to check the shows section of our page for details on our appearances at The FAN PARTY on August 22 and VEXFEST on August 23rd.  Both of these events are absolutely FREE and both will absolutely fucking ROCK.

              (now a few notes)
1. THE FAN PARTY - Don's Birthday.  I would tell you how old he is, but I'm not a dick like that. (I can't play bass upside down while singing violent harmonies, either)  You should probably bring the nice young man a present... like some energy drinks or Star Wars stuff... or some of that other stuff... we used to eat it all the time back in the day....

2. VEXFEST - Our 3rd annual appearance at this AMAZING, FUN, OUTDOOR, AND FREE EVENT.  Downtown Y-town never looks better than it does on VEXFEST Sunday, and we hope you'll come from all around to check it out.  Pics from previous years can be found in our photo section.... awesome crowds that treated APG like ROCKSTARS.  We will be releasing info on our performance time/location ASAP and shoving it in your face in typical APG fashion.

Speaking of Youngstown... you can also check us out THIS FRIDAY 7/17 at our favorite Y-town venue BARLEY'S.  APG will be debuting BRAND NEW material and we'd love you to hear it and come rock out with us!  Come check out at least one new song and let us know what you think.  Check the shows section of our page for details.

And, speaking of brand new material... we're writing a lot of very cool stuff right now in the hopes of putting together an amazing new record for all of you.  Stay tuned for news in that department.

The 2009 APG/Gatlin Fan Appreciation Party... do NOT miss it! Camping on-site, all the stuff mentioned above, state minimum beer carryout on-site, pizza shop on-site, deli on-site... it's the party of the year!! It's located at the Gatlin/APG practice spot in Hinckley - 1390 Ridge Rd, Hinckley OH, 44233 to be exact.

Admission to this is absolutely FREE, as usual... ANYONE is welcome!! Come hang out with us, rock out, and have some great jello shots courtesy of Jello Shot ERRRR Arizona Mike - who knows what'll happen this year? More mohawks being shaved? More Zero To Hero challenges? Drunken karaoke? Illegally large bonfires? Naked midgets? 50/50 raffles for swedish massages from the band member of your choice? It's anyone's guess...

The bottom line is... we do this every year (this is the 8th year running), and it's always an AMAZING time, and we LOVE to see all of our closest friends and fans on a night when we can play for free - just put on a killer show for everyone outside of the normal business constraints of a standard concert.

So please... if you've spent time or money or effort on any of our bands at any time... PLEASE come hang out with out with us at the Fan Party so that we can, in some small way, return the favor.
