Besides me getting a Grammy nod I'm now also nominated for "best rap album" at the Swedish National Radio's price, the P3 Guld Awards.

Mina vänner, jag är Grammis-nominerad. Detta inlägget blir på Svenska för det rör fan ingen annan än oss Svenskar. Äntligen säger jag!

Jag och Astma sitter på ön Koh Lipe i Thailand. Samtidigt som vi får höra att PDA bråkar i Bangkok, spränger bomber på flygplatsen och stoppar all flygtrafik för att få den Thailändska premiärministern att avgå så nås jag av meddelandet att jag... jag, Form One är nominerad för en Grammis för bästa album i kategorin bästa Dans/Hip Hop/ Soul! Plötsligt känner jag mig som "Da Bomb" och är väldigt lycklig just nu!

För mig är det sjukt stort och jag går på moln just nu. Jag har drömt om detta länge, länge. Tänk om... tänk om tänker jag men vågar knappt tänka klart tanken men tänk om... Tänk om lilla jag och mitt album, Behind Blue Eyes som jag slitit med under 2 år nu skulle vinna(?) - galet! Med er hjälp kanske jag kan det?

Jag ber dig därför att rösta på mig och be dina nära, kära, vänner och kollegor att göra detsamma. Jag uppskattar din support av hela mitt hjärta!

It's been a while and I've been busy to say the least. I thought I'd run a quick update on what's going on with me.

If you've paid attention you know that my brand new and critically acclaimed album is in stores. You may listen to the complete thing here on my profile. If you buy the CD you get a 22 pages thick booklet complete with all the lyrics and some scribbled down thoughts on each song, how they came about and what not. Anyway you can now get it on these places online and of course in any record store out there, just ask them to order it in if they haven't already. I deeply thank you for your support and love - it makes all the difference!

In other news I'll be opening up for US MC, The Game, no further introductione needed. The shows will take place on December 7 at Trägårn, Göteborg. Check Ticnet.se for prices and tickets.

The "Behind Blue Eyes Tour" will kick off in January 2009. Many have written me about upcoming liveshows but I've decided to wait until next year and do some relaxing in Thailand before that. trust me, I need it! :)

I'm so, so happy that I can finally share this news with you! I found out a few days ago but couldn't tell anyone before the official pressrelease was... well, released. So let's get down to business shall we?

I'm handpicked by someone in the States (big up to whoever made the decision) to open up at the "Rock The Bells" show in Stockholm at Annexet, Globen on November 4th.

Besides me, artists like Nas, De La Soul, Mos Def, Supernatural and Scratch will be there performing. I'm at a loss of words here and can't tell you how happy I am, thank you! These are all heroes of mine! I gonna give it my all, I promise - see you there (hopefully)!

Han beskriver sig själv som den blonda, svenska killen från Göteborg som gör hiphop som skildrar vardagslivet i världens tryggaste land. Vi beskriver honom som det stora steget inom svensk hiphop på engelska. Form One, eller Johan Reinhold, kämpade sig under sent 90-tal och tidigt 2000-tal fram som en av Göteborgs vassaste battle-rappare. Efter att ha medverkat på mixtapes, EPs och samlingsalbum albumdebuterade Form One 2005 med "Meet Johnny Rhino" som blev nominerat till Årets Soul/R&B/Hip Hop på Manifestgalan 2006. Skivan fick ett varmt mottagande av kritikerna och Form One turnerade i Sverige och Tyskland.

2008 är Form One tillbaka. Efter att han återvänt från en lång Europaturné med Looptroop har hans singel "Away" snurrat på radio och TV under sommar och tidig höst. Nya singeln "Falling Down" har just börjat spelas. Det nysläppta mixtapet "A New Season" är bara uppvärmningen inför det album som Form One lagt ner själ och hjärta i under de senaste tre åren - "Behind Blue Eyes" - hans andra album som släpps på DLX/Bonnier den 5 november.Om den nya skivan skrev Sonic "Otvunget, modigt och befriande… Organisk hiphop som struntar i såväl grundfundament som glädjedödande ängslighet". Dagen innan skivsläppet, 4 november, intar han Annexets scen som öppningsakt på Rock The Bells.

The 3rd single taken from my new album "Behind Blue Eyes" is here. It's called "Falling Down" and its one of my personal favorites from the album. Produced by Astma and Alex Schmidt. The video is going to be so sick but won't be out for another week so in the meantime... please listen to it and download the single here: Form One - Falling Down.
