Hi all!
  After too many comings and goings, I have a new release out now on the Test Tube netlabel. It's an EP called "unknown people". Eight songs in 17 minutes (is there any prize for that? :P ). Started about a year ago, not finished until now because I'm too lazy sometimes . You can download it here.

What's going on on the lieberhonig planet? Lots! A new EP is on the pipe (final stages are coming: mixing, mixing & more mixing, a little overdubbing maybe and mastering are left) as well as some other projects on a longer term (sssssssssecretsssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhzzzzzzzzzzzzz). Hope to be posting some excerpts from the upcoming EP in a short while.

PIR10 - lieberhonig 2 by lieberhonig - A Persona Isla release

   

A little snippet from the mixing sessions of the new album is available now on my space. The guitar tracks of a yet untitled song. Quite heavy, isn't it? :D The song dates back from January / February 2007 ... maybe the oldest song in the new album. The new album should be available during January 2008 ... I hope!

Listening back to "What is n what could have been" I have just remember that I forgot a little detail that deserves to be mention. That song was recorded 100% with an analog modular synthesizer (an thus, monophonic) I built during my last two years in the university/college. The song was supposed to be one of the examples of the results that could be achived nowdays with such an "archaic" musical instrument. Needless to say, I'm proud of the music itself but I'm considerably more proud if I think of that recording process, note by note, in the way Wendy Carlos recorded her first Moog albums. 

Another new old song is available. Originally quite creatively entitled "Demo #4" and retitled in the last minute as "What is and what could have been". Hope you like it. By the way, this section is supposed to be my place to tell you things ... not to announce anything, I guess ... But you know, I haven't much to say apart from what I can say in the songs. Anyway, as you can see, I'm making an effort to write a bit more ... just a bit more ... just ... a bit ... more 

A new song is available: Blah blah blah, which is an exclusive track for the forthcoming Persona Isla compilation, available sometime.
