Well my OB called me from home, she wanted to make sure i got her message. She said she didn't wanna leave my results on my answering machine but with the holiday weekend she wanted to make sure i knew just incase i was gunna be drinking or something. She's a GREAT women.
After talking with her- apparently i am 5 weeks pregnant and my due date is May 5th. I guess they count your period and ovulation weeks your first two weeks of pregnancy even tho you are not yet pregnant. I guess as they are apart of the process. She said that they like to see there OB patients for there first appt @ 10 weeks. So i have a lil over a month til my first appt. But i know i will be getting my first ultrasound which is SUPER exciting.
I'm glad i have a doc that calls me from home to see how i am doing and to make sure i got the good news.

Emm's ENT appt went GREAT!!!!! Her mouth yes has a VERY bad over grown frenulum--BUT it's not something i don't need to worry about now. The ENT doc said it'a actually something the denist will do surgry on to prevent her adult teeth from coming in funny. Next dentist appt i will talk to them. Cause alot her baby teeth are coming in, she only has 12 teeth. [they MAY wanna clip it now to see if the teeth will still come together] maybe not tho. The doc checked her tongue, throat and all stuff an ENT does. Everything looks good, they did however say without even asking that she was probly prone to ear infections. [she always has had ucka ears haha] So thats a lil stress of, no surgries as of yet. We'll see what they say when i go to her eye appt end of next month.

well yesterday was just horriable all around - BAD!!
So Patrick had pics with all the guys in the morning, got home then had to go get my hair done. The lady had no idea what to do with my hair, i had to tell her what products to use, how to do my hair. She started curling my front curls alright then in the back she would just grab handfuls of hair and put it into the curling iron. It was sooo bad, it wasn't a case of telling her i didn't like and make her re-do it. Because it just would have looked worse- honestly she had no idea what she was doing at all. I payed for it- but i figured how maybe i can just fix it. No i got home- tryed to fix it. There was WAYYYYY to product, my hair was sooo greasy it wouldn't even hold a curl. So i cryed for like a damn hour..then it was time for Emm's appt. Patrick took her while i stayed at home, Patrick brought her to the clinic not the hosital so he was late. He got home my hair was still crazy. So i decded i wasn't going. Well, after more crying about feeling ugly and how going to a ball was supposed to be fun & your supposed to feel pretty i finally got into the shower washed my hair thro my hair together- but of COARSE my curls were all outta wack now they weren't looking good at all. But finally i hit the point where i just didn't care. Dropped Emm off at Daycare and wen to the ball. It was exciting... Then we got to our table and Patrick only knew ONE person there cause all his troop didn't go because this ball was so last min and everything about it kept changing. So we ended up at table where the rank cloest to Patrick was 2 higher. The rest were officers. There wifes heads were held so damn high they must have neck problems. Then it was dinner, it was gross period. Nobody really talked....the speaker was cool, made ya feel super good and proud to be a military spouse.. I had nothing but alcohol the entire time there..haha. [i needed it] Then they ended talking to long and i didn't even get to dance with my husband because we had to go pick up Emma from daycare @ 11pm. I HATED THE BALL AND EVERYTHING ABOUT YESTERDAY. even cryed on the way home cause i didn't even get to dance with Patrick. I have never danced with him outside my living room. [that was the part i was ooking forward to the most] My hair looked like ass-period. Ball-SUCKED.
The BEST part of the day was picking up Emma from daycare and having her sooo happy to see me. :) She's the best, i love her sooo much.
So basically yesterday was a big cry fest for me- no idea why i was soo emotional but can't be all strong all the time. The deployment is just a handful of days away. Maybe it's finally setting in.
I dunno. It was just crap, and now i a super broke.

alright so this lady at the hair salon HAD NO idea what to do with my hair. SHe BRUSHED my hair...WTF?!!! YOU DON"T BRUSH A CURLY HAIR'D PERSON'S HAIR!!! She put spray on gel-- another mistake. I told her not to, but hey what do i know i'm not the hair stylist. When she went to go to do my hair i seriosuly put the 80's hair band guys to shame!! FOR REALL!!! i had to tell her what product to use, i even showed her how to curl my hair. It was embarrssing when i walked out of there. $50 DOWN THE DRAIN!!
so i got home...hair FULL or product really nothing i can do with it. Totally all in tears and tramatized. Balls are supposed to be fun and your supposed to feel pretty NOT selfconcious.
i dunno what to do. I've sat and cryed like a lil girl bout my hair my the last half hour so my face and eye are all poofy and red.
NOT a good day.

Alright so i found a place that'll do my hair for $45. Not really a salon- more like the family hair cut place, haha we'll see how that works out. But i am surley not paying $75. Now remember what kinda hair i have-- i have curly, long and very thick hair. I really like this one because it looks simple, elegant and fast. :) -- to simple!? i don't have any besties around here to bring with so...help me out. :)
