When I wrote that I immediately started thinking about doing a Single Ladies impromptu youtube. But you've seen enough of those. I think mine would be the best, though.

I'm mad at Chris Brown for beating the face of beauty Rihanna. I mean really. That face. That's like spray painting the Mona Lisa. I think we should all find him and represent. In honor of Rihanna and Mederma scar healing gel we have put up Umbrella again from when Tai and I were recording popular current songs weekly. When Fergie has a baby maybe we'll put up Glamorous again. That one is my favorite.

Though Swivel is a single capricorn female, I am a grown ass black man who really needs to shave. I just don't feel like getting up, though. 

Our next show is going to be at the Knitting Factory in Hollywood. It's our first of the year. I know it's March. That's lame, but we will not be.

I know, we haven't blogged in forever and it's nobody's fault but our own. But we have been killing it on the bulletin front and I'll do better. This Sunday at midnight we're going to be on MTV Logo's NewNowNext. It's the world premiere of our debut video for the song "Razorblades." This was the day we met our bass player, the amaaaazing Jet and the wonderfully talented Gabriel Loukeris, who directed the video. It was a lot of fun and I'll post some behind the scenes stuff the day after it shows, or so.  'Till then here's Taiwo finally getting his 'do done. Thanks, Jet!

Apparently, it's OK to do bad things as long as you beg for forgiveness. At first, sister Laura didn't want me to let me have a sip from her flask, but after ten minutes of listening to me beg and cry, she finally gave in.

We had an amazing time working on the RazorBlades video directed by Gabriel Loukeris. 

Budget was tight, so Taiwo had to comb his hair with a fork.

But that's ok because ultimately he was able to give haute couture.
