Hello! I posted a blog on Carlson's Corner that goes into more detail, but here are two new sites I've been working on: 1. The Jim Carlson Facebook 'Band' Page. Why? Facebook has better band management tools that allow me to communicate easier than I can with MySpace. Also, there are areas for 'fans' to upload pics and videos and participate in forums. If you facebook, stop by and 'fan me'. BTW - I will still be maintianing this MySpace account :-) 2. JimCarlsonDotNet - A new marketing blog. This blog deals with the nuts and bolts of internet marketing, social marketing, mobile blogging and other issues concerning musicians (and non-musicians for that matter). Carlson's Corner will continue to be my blog for music and personal ramblings. For more information, check out the post: New Jim Carlson Stuff at Carlson's Corner.

I admit that I have been MySpace deficient, but I wanted to say hello to the seven of you who actually have subscribed to this blog. Thanks. I’ll write more, I promise.

This article blew my mind....how does one cope after being vindicated of a crime when they have never lived alone on the outside? This injustice really makes me question the criminal justice system. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/25/us/25jeffrey.html

By following simple advice heard on Oprah yesterday, you too can find inner peace.
Oprah proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished."
So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving this morning, I finished off my case of Bud Lite, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Grey Goose, a bottle of Captain Morgan, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Vicodin prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how freaking good I feel.
Please pass this on to those whom you think might be in need of inner peace...
