The new Rio Blast can b purchased here & he looks like the picture on the left but his hair was so annoying that Mike Bock photoshopped his hair into something more in line with the character:

that is an awesome version of his hair. it totally goes with the fact that he's a sheriff out in the desert. but i hate, hate the new arm. the fact that his face looks like man-at-arms doesn't bother me so much (as long as they aren't related). i cannot stress how that arm bothers me, unlike most people, i was into these later waves of figures & i always thought of rio blast like this:

then this guy came along:
neo from the matrix

we already have guys with 1 large arm/appendage (clawful, fisto, jitsu, spikor, roboto, trapjaw...) so it's nice 2 have a little symmetry, especially because rio blast was ahead of his time. this new arm cannon takes away the cool factor of this:
