Mike Heiser is an expert on angels and divine beings in ancient texts. Gabreael and Heiser will be discussing his paper on "The Jesus Tomb."

Perhaps the greatest, most provocative and important research of Heiser's career concerns the study of passages in the Old Testament that allude to a recognition of a whole host of divinities in service to God (or, a pantheon).
 
Many scholars in the past have either explained these problem passages away as "Divine Majesty" (in which plurals are used to connote greatness, which Heiser claims cannot work for grammatical reasons), references to the Trinity (which Heiser accepts as a Christian but warns against using these Old Testament plurals in that context, given the type of interactions described in passages such as Psalms), or as examples of Judaism's polytheistic/henotheistic roots (Heiser rejects these explanations, contending they do not disprove monotheism due to the fact that H'Shem is consistently described as entirely separate and singular amongst the council, and because the Hebrew Bible reflects certain hypostases of Yahweh - other "persons" of Yahweh's own essence - and so a Jewish godhead).
 
Heiser also finds support in the double meaning of "nakash" (the "serpent" that Eve encounters in the biblical story of the Fall), which can alternately mean serpentine or shiny, the noun form of nakash is analogous with the very name helil, which is a verb meaning "shining"). This closely resembles Talmudic and Kabbalistic lore and he agrees that the motivating factor for the initial rebellion was territorial, Helel being provoked by our scheduled inheritance of this planet (this in itself raises great significance to our own creation, that our destiny is to become members of The Council's Parliamentary Pantheon itself, as God promises King David and Job in the H'KTUBIM).
According to Heiser's research on passages like Deuteronomy 32:8-9, after the Tower of Babel incident, the Earth was divided into seventy sectors, each ruled by some of these divinities, (doled out to council members as a curse from Go d towards humanity for idolatry, it is assumed that these 70 are secessionists who joined Helel), and that there is a strong possibility of the myths throughout the world being at least partially factual.

It is with deep regret that I report that Shawn Poirier "The King Of The Witches" died at his home in his sleep.

 

Eastern Paranormal will be observing two hours of silence tomorrow night on "A Glimpse Through The Veil" in honor of Shawn. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family and friends.

BEYOND is a landmark in paranormal programming because it brings forth new explanations for many of the most compelling paranormal phenomena of our time; including ghosts, aliens, signs, prophecies as well as evidence of six forms of life that survive clinical death. BEYOND also features important interviews with credible authorities from the academic and scientific communities, which go a long way to authenticate certain phenomena, and in certain cases offers new explanations.

The series evolved from research conducted by 15 researchers at the University of Toronto. Their task was to find proof of life beyond physical death. They returned more than 6 bankers boxes of evidence. Far too much to put into a 90-minute television special. Forgiving others and ourselves allows us to move on with our lives.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is not easy
When we believe
Our world has ended,
And blame lies with another.

Forgiving is letting go of the pain;
Accepting that what was, was.
It will not change,
Cannot change.

Forgiving is dismissing the blame.
Choices were made that caused the hurt.
We each could have chosen differently,
But we didn't.

Forgiving is looking at the pain,
Learning the lesson it has produced,
And understanding
What we have learned.

Forgiving allows us to move on
Toward a better understanding
Of universal love,
And our true purpose.

Forgiving is knowing that love
Is the answer to all questions,
And that we
Are in some way connected.

Forgiving is starting over
With the knowledge we have gained.
I forgive you--
And I forgive myself.

 

This is a lovely poem. I was in a situation like this. I did find forgiveness for the others. The year 2007 for me is about cutting out all the rotted wood in my life for regeneration/re-growth. No more people in my life that are constant negatives talking others down whenever someone else will listen in attempts to bring themselves up. Always only presenting "Their side/view," often even outright lying in attempts to raise themselves up above others. Never once trying to place themselves in the others shoes, as you never know how hard a path is to walk until you, yourself have been down that path.

 

Their is always two sides to every well traveled road / life path.  Even though I got to a point where I had to say, "Enough is enough." I myself had to reflect on it and take some accountability for even allowing it to go on by listening to it and tolerating their behavior so long. Constant gossip leads to jealousy which eats at the soul as nothing else I have ever seen. It leaves permanent stains on ones aura that actually starts to illuminate in a dark way in their every day being, their eyes, even in their every day photos of them and theirs.

 It's like they have OCD of the soul with a twist of evil to it. The sad thing is even with all their attempts to "Get Even," "Make others pay,"  and "Get it over the others," all they do is stay stagnate and drag themselves and those around them further down. No one pays but their demented psyche, and their ever more blackened soul.
