The June '07 edition of North-east music paper NARC contains a rather flattering article and interview with Dog Years. Honestly they're practically salivating, I'm almost embarrassed...

We look forward to playing the NARC FEST at the cluny on 21 July, in support of Yourcodenameis:milo, hope to see you there

NARC March issue, demo of the month

"Calling yourself Dog Years is either the act of a genius, or a fool. Thankfully in this case the slightly rough (sorry) moniker belies a very fine band indeed. This is a full-blown album, coming in at a weighty 15 tracks, but there's not a poor song to be found.
Musically this is firmly within the alt-country camp, with hints of the mellower end of My Morning Jacket. There are some really fine examples of song writing, and it's all beautifully
and subtly played and lyrically a real maturity is evident. Too many good tracks to list, but to get a taste of them, see if you can get hold of 'Mistaken' (sic) and 'MESW' (sic!).
I Imagine it's only a matter of time before somebody signs Dog Years."
