We are REALLY proud to announce that Puma will record a new studio album in September 09, at Jórgen Traeen..s Duper Studio in Bergen www.myspace.com/duberstudios. 



The recording will (hopefully) be available some time around March next year, so please stay tuned for Puma music both in live and recorded format.

Puma made their 5th appearance together with noiseartist extravaganza mr. Lasse Marhaug on the last of august this year, and that made us realize that the fall is upon us, and that we currently only have two gigs left together with this shaman of all evil, more exactly in Trondheim on the 24th of October and in Tromsø in the 1st of November. But we ARE looking into the possibililty to play some more gigs, a.o in Oslo, for those who has not heard us down there (and there is quite a few of you..).

Been a long time since this blog has been updated, but that is NOT because the level of activity in this band is low. On the contrary, VERY much has happened to us in the last year, especially in the last 3 months!

Puma released the record "Isolationism" in the middle of March this year, and went on a 11-gig long Norwegian tour, that actually ended up in Dublin, Ireland, playing for a very curious crowd that really appreciated what we did on the stage. Thanks to ALL of you people attending our gigs (and even more thanks to you who bought the record..)!! Later, in June we played at Nattjazz festival i Bergen, Norway, in front of a large crowd, including lots of (mainly) european festivalbosses, journalists and producers. Big fun! A week later the news dropped us that 58% of the total number of copies made of "Isolationism" was bought by the Norwegian Art Counsil. Quality preservation of course :)

I the coming months we will play several gig throughout Norway together with (drumroll) Lasse Marhaug (www.lassemarhaug.no). Bring your earprotection, please. Both of them.

Puma has finally made it! Our debutrecord has finally been released, and will forever be recognized by the name "Isolationism". Hope you will like it!
