Well. This Summer is coming to a close. /sigh.
Although in a strange way, its end comes at a good time.  I miss my friends. I miss seeing my girlfriend every single day. And, God forbid, I miss some teachers. This summer has been pretty laid back, leaving me antsy to be actually doing things again.

This summer essentially began with a killer blow, Hilary went to France for 9 days.
It really sucked to be away from her so long, but being separated was not the worst that would come out of that trip. Her mother and Aunt (they were in France with her) had many things stolen from their hotel room. I was scared to death at first when i heard the news because basically the only info i had was "Hilary's mom was robbed in France." I didnt know if she was mugged or if they were ok or anything pertaining to their health. But i found out they were alright, and i was relieved. Still, gettitng robbed in France is Terribad. That was a crappy week.

Just so happens that as the same week as mini-band camp. 5 days of lameness. The only real purpose was to aquaint the rookies with the band process and community and whatnot. This being my third year, i've gone through the drill before.

Then came a bit of a gap. Not too much went on From then until Late July.
I got to see Hilary quite a bit, not as much as i had hoped, but every time i was with her was amazing :) Especially the water fights and wet t shirt contests! XD
I went to a Yankees/Pirates game. It was cool but we were in the far away top deck. that sucked bawls.

Then, Band Camp crept up behind me, kidney shotted me, and aggro'ed me. The first Band Camp week wasn't too too bad, Wasnt too hot or agonizing. But we were getting less water breaks than last year, and that wasn't cool. So, Due to a few Rogue operations, we got some more water the next week

I love playing Qauds in Band. They are heavy, but who gives a damn because they are plain fun to play. Except for when its 90 Degrees out with them on. Then i die.

On a more serious note, I came to a high level of satisfaction with myself throughout the end of my Freshman year and this summer.  I made some very positive changes to myself as far as personality, Style, and lifestyle go. Many of you know what i'm talking about, so I won't delve to much into specifics. But bottom line is: I have much more self confidence and I am living a much happier life now that i have a better lifestyle and that i have my amazing girlfriend by my side forever. : )

Speaking of which, Hilary and I are approaching our 10 month anniversary on the 18th :) We are both excited : ) But we are even more excited for October, which will be a very active month.
October : 9th - Hilary's 16th B-day, 11th - Her Party, 18th- Our 1 year Anniversary <3, 21st - My birthday, And probably some insane Halloween Techno rave for a party :)

yeah busy month :P
