Hey, i've sold out of EP's for the time being! However, my songs are now up on i-tunes both in the states and in Australia..

I'm currently in NYC, have a show here on the 27th of this month which should be cool. 

Got out last night to see Norman Vladimir, haven't seen him play for a couple of years, he's a great friend and it was fantastic to see him play!

Have been writing lots of song lately - since we have returned from Canada. On that note, the Canadian tour was a great experience, heading back in the summer to play some festivals. Going to post some videos from the tour on myspace. Unfortunately we had to finish the tour early because I got sick and our bus broke down. :-/

Hey,

Firstly I want to apologize to the folks who came out to see us tonight in Monterey and this afternoon in Campbell. I did call the East Village Coffee lounge early in the day, however, they don't check the phone messages during the day, so Nancy thought we were "no shows" which was understandable! Heres what happened..

Our RV broke down mid week and we thought it would be fixed in time (we were told it would be), Well, it kind of was, we picked it up Friday afternoon, only for it to break down again, all fixable stuff, minor but time consuming and annoying, not to mention costly.

So, we couldn't get away from LA until 9pm, thankfully its running really well now, didn't skip a beat all the way to Bakersfield.

The good news is we're finally on the road, check the page for all of the dates,  coming to a town near you soon!!

We all arrived safe back to LA...first gig is this Tuesday in Santa Rosa, opening for Sheryl Crow, we are then coming back down to LA to play at Room 5 on the 8th...with my mate Kevin Hammond.

Kevins on at 8, Im on at 9, not sure who's on after that.

I've been checking out this "House Concert" thing lately, after being contacted by a lady who runs them in LA. I love the idea! It's not new..just sort of new to me.

So, if you'd like to have Luke, Herbert, Jules and I come and play a couple of acoustic sets at your house - here's how.

-Check out our tour schedule and see if your house is "semi on route" to where we are already going.
-Send me a message on myspace letting me know when/where you're thinking
-organise some friends, we're happy to play for birthday's etc or just a gathering for the hell of it.
-We'll show up, play a couple of acoustic sets, pass the hat round, hang out a bit and then take off to the next town.
 
If it sounds like somthing you want to do, let me know. Happy to discuss any idea you may have.

Hey There,

Hope you're all well.

I've got a week off, so am out in a small town "Ardlethan" (about 600km S/W of Sydney).

"The Basement" gig the other night with Travis and Bryley was great fun. Good roll up of people despite the chilli weather. It was filmed for ABC TV series "Live at the Basement" and will go to air nationally later in the year - I'll let you know when exactly it'll be when i know.

"The April EP" is now available on the website www.talkingmoonmusic.com or at gigs. We are currently working out wider distribution in the shops :-). Thanks to the Crows gigs, Byron and all of the other 20 gigs we've played this month, we've already sold most of the first run.

The full album should be ready in a couple of months (sooner hopefully).

I'm enjoying being in Australia at the moment and will be here for another couple of months before heading back over to the USA.....that's if Swine flu hasn't taken over the world and Tamiflu is the new Big Mac. ;-)

Played a little gig at Lizottes the other night with Sally Singleton, that was fun - she's a vibey performer. The venue is great and the owner Brian is a good fella, we've booked another couple of shows there. One being supporting Diesel at the new Lizottes in Newcastle, so that'll be fun.

The first single we're going to release is "We Changed the world" come May 11th you can call up your local community or commercial and request it and they will all have it. So PLEASE do just that! :-)

Planning a really extensive tour of OZ for July (before i go back) hoping to play all major centres and am tyring to organise NYC singer/songwriter Mike Clifford to join me on the tour - just have to sort out the timing...at this stage its looking promising though.

We've found venues in Sydney, Central Coast, Adelaide, Hobart..still looking for a Brisbane and Melbourne venue - if you've got any idea's give me a holla.

Also we've got another concept we're going to give a run....

We'll come and play at your house if you can organise enough people to come etc etc message me if your interested for more details.
