1. I am a only child, sometimes I wish I had brothers or sisters to have the experience growing up but also glad that I didnt.

2. I am a christan and have strong faith in God, although Im not in church every Sunday I feel at peace with God. I talk with him daily. I am no were near perfect but I am forgiven.

3. I drive 50+ miles to work every 3rd day some people cant understand why but I enjoy it and the people I work with. It is my "out" from home and a way to get away for 24hrs and not be botherd by people there. I am told I will appreciate it more as life goes on.

4. The Fire Dept is my first love and would rather ride a fire truck every 3rd day than a ambulance but wouldnt trade my job for nothing.

5. I love to fish and hunt it is just another way to get away from people and my cell phone. I could think of no better way to spend a day off then to be at a farm pond with special people fishing away or hunting in the fall and winter

6. I am very independent and stubbron I have worked hard for things I have and have never had to lean on someone for money nor have I ever had to have a co signer. I take pride in hard work it always pays off.

7. I am very picky at times and starting to relize that it can be a bad thing. I hate to make decisons on were we are going to eat or what we are going to do even though certin people make me make them lol. I can be OCD and anal about things. Just ask anyone who has watched me make up a stretcher. I like to look professional.

8. I feel that there is 3 kinds of smart. Street smart, Book smart, and Prison smart lol

9. Im very laid back, easy going and get along with almost anyone. I never meet a stranger and by being like this I have been ran over alot but it happens.

10. I know I talk alot but believe it or not I know when to shut up also. Im learning each day on how to be seen and not heard . So try not to be annoyed by me lol.

11. I love my job it puts life into prespective for me and makes me appreciate things alot more than the normal person. I have learned that being compassionate has its place and time. What other job is their that you can meet new people everyday and have the chance to make a difference in their life.

12. I believe that I have lived 2 lives, one untill Nov 4th 1999 and then from Nov 4th 1999 till now.

13. I am a organ donor and will be untill I die. Its a great gift to give life to someone who is in need. My father changed or saved the lives of 4 people by being a organ donor and I have gotten to meet 2 of them.

14. I love to go fast, roller coasters, motercycles, cars, boats whatever it be. I have a hard time doing the speed limit. knock on wood in 9yrs of driving I have only had 1 speeding ticket.

15. I love to exercise and stay in shape. I love Mountian Biking and running any thing to stay fit. I have broken my back once and have a history of degenerate bone disease that runs in my family so what ever I have todo to stay in shape the better off I will be.

16. Ive found out that if your not being picked on or given a hard time then people do not like you. Also if someone fusses at you about something accept the responsibility that you messed up and the reason they are fussing is because they know you can do better or expect better from you.

17. I miss being woke up at 5am on a random Sunday morning to go to my dads favorite spot on the Blue Ridge Parkway to watch a amazing sun rise and to sit there and eat breakfast and then come home and go to church. Its a memory that I will charish forever and will share with my kids.

18.I love sports and playing sports esp baseball and softball. Im a huge UNC Tarheels fan. I have the tendency to sit in the floor in front of the TV during there games and yell at the TV lol....

19. I love the small community that I live in called Grace Chapel, its a farming community in southren Caldwell County. Its a place were you never pass someone you dont know. Ive been told that I have a strong accent but we all have them others just stand out more.

20. Simple things in life intrest me the most. Anything from star gazing to sitting in the porch swing or rocking chair in late evening and take it all in. A front porch is a must have

21. I try to be very optimistic in life esp when it comes to politics or ways people are treated. I have learned to be open minded when need to be.

22. I live by the motto that " It could always be worse" and that " If your going to be stupid you have to be tough and that most people aint tough enough to be stupid " I see this every day in my job.

23.I graduated high school by the skin of my teeth, its not something Im very proud of but I did graduate. I tend to not like school but for some reason keep going back lol. Ive found out that you never do as bad as you think you will.

24. I like guns and have alot of them I am a responsible owner of them and respect them and it angers me that people are dumb when they get them in their hands. I hope that any gun laws in the future dont take them from me. Its a hobby and a way to relieve stress.

25. There are many more things that go through my mind as I type these but this is it for now. I have put 2 days into thinking of these lol.

As many pepole may knw September 11th holds a very soft spot on my heart, as it may for many pepole. I just watched a 2 hr special on the History Channel about Conspericy theroys of 9/11/01. I knw like every thang else there are alot of rumorus and I have even googled it but can it be true could the attacks of September 11th been a "inside job" from the questioning about the buliding colapse and the pennslevania crash of flight 93 to no footage of the pentegon. If so what kinda world do we live it that we have to take so many mother, fathers, brothers, sisters and even children from there families all to make money or to prove a point. I hope I offend no one buy this but some feed back would be good. Am I the only one who wants to kinda belive the theroys or did Al Kida relly master mind the whole thang of are we just blaming them to have some one to blame and why the hell are we in Iraq when we should be in afganastan more if there to blame. Well im going to stop talkin now bc Im loosing my train of thought. To all the victims of September 11th including the 343 fireman yall are true heros in my heart and are truly missed thanks for listing  -Kyle-

So its July 6th and I went to the Doctor yesterday, Thought I was gona get to take off my brace. But not quite yet I have just 4 weeks left and in the next 4 weeks I will be able to have it off some durin the day to wing my self out of it. Due to my body being weak frm the accident I am unable to take it off cold turkey. Im lookin foward to it. Im going to put my self threw my own rehab by hitting the gym hard around mid september and get my stamina and endurance built back up also along with getting all my strength back. The Dr says it will be Sep before he lets me go back to work and then I have to be carful and not fly into it wide open. As far as the bike goes its kinda like the saying " You Fall Down You Gota Get Back Up And Keep Going" so yea Im not done with it. You may also pass me on the road b/c im gona purchace a road bike and start ridding on it. Hope to enter some running/biking biatholans or triatolans this coming spring. So there you have it Im keeping my head high and eyes on the finish. When one door closes another one opens Ive just gota try to find the door that has opend for me. haha well ne ways hope you all have a good day ttyl -Kyle-

I have recently joined planet fitness in hickory in hopes of getting in shape and putting on some more muscle. I am currently working on getting my endurance up and getting in good cardiovascular shape. So far Im up to running 2miles a day and I have set a goal for 4 miles by March 10th. I recently went to the doctor and found that I had an enlarged heart. but there taking care of it with medicine. It kinda scared me so I decided to get my butt in shape. Plus If we have a Snot Slinging House fire when its 90 degrees outside I want drop over dead of a heart attack. So I will keep ya posted... ttyl -Kyle-

AS I LAYED IN BED LAST NIGHT I THOUGHT OF THIS.

YOU KNOW WHEN I GET TO WORK EMS WERE ALWAYS JOKING AROUND AND NO ONE LIKES TO SAY THE WORD BUSY.  FEARING THAT WE WILL RUN ALL DAY AND BE UP ALL NIGHT SO USUALY THE ONE WHO LETS THE WORD SLIP OR TALKS ABOUT EATING AT A NICE PLACE INSTED OF MCDONALDS USUSALY CATCHES ALL THE HELL THE REST OF THE SHIFT. BUT YOU KNOW IT ALL PAYS THE SAME WEITHER WE RUN TRAUMA ALL DAY OR JUST BASIC ROUTINE TRANSPORTS. THEN I THANK YOU KNOW AS I GO INTO THE HOUSE WERE SOMEONE IS SICK OR HAVING PAIN FOR SOME REASON. OR AS I AWAKE AT 5:30AM TO THE TONES TO GO TO A HOUSE AND HAVE TO SADLY TURN AROUND AND TELL THE MANS WIFE "IM SORRY BUT HE IS GONE" THEN TO HEAR HER START CRYING IS SORROW TO HAVE TO GO UPSTAIRS TO TELL HER 3 KIDS THAT THERE DAD HAS DIED. OR MAYBE ITS THAT SAME OL ADRESS YOUR DISPACHTED TO KNOWING THAT MR STARNES ISNT HAVING  CHEST PAINS BUT HE JUST WANTS SOMEONE TO TALK TO B/C HIS WIFE OF 50YRS HAS DIED DUE TO CANCER AND HES LONLEY. YOU KNOW IT ALL PAYS THE SAME. ALTHOUGH EVERY CALL IS DIFFERNT THEY ALL PAY THE SAME. BUT FOR THE ONES WE DONT GET PAID FOR IS THE ONES THAT PEPOLE SEEM TO OVER LOOK AND CRITIZIE US FOR AS A BUNCH OF DUMB REDNECKS. FOR INSTANCE AS ME AND A COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS WHICH IM FIREMAN WITH PULL TWO HELP LESS BODYS AWAY FROM THERE BURNNING CAR ONE OF THEM WHICH ARE ON FIRE STILL. THE TRUCK ARRIVES AND WE EXTINGUSH THE CAR ONLY TO RELIZE THAT BOTH ARE 16YRS OLD AND BOTH HAVE JUST ENDED THERE LIFES BY WRAPPING HIS CAR AROUND THE TREE. ITS CALLS LIKE THESE THAT I WANT PPL TO RELIZE WE ARE PEPOLE TO AND WE HAVE FEELINGS AND WHEN PEPOLE WHO WASNT EVEN THERE TRY TO TAKE ALL THE CREDIT AND GLORY IT PUTS THAT MUCH MORE GRIEF ON US. I KNOW THIS ISNT MAKING NE SINCE NE MORE SO IM DONE TYPING NO I DONT NEED NE ONE FELLING SORRY FOR ME OR MY FELLOW FIREMAN BUT IF YOU UNDERSTAND WERE WE ARE COMING FROM LEVE A LITTLE COMMENT THANKS ITS APRECIATED.

SO FOLKS NEXT TIME YOU SEE SOMEONE AND YOU WANA TRY TO HIDE SOMETHING OR LIE ABOUT SOMETHING STUPID. What im looking for

Im not really looking for ne thang but what ever happens happens. Ive got this fear of being along for the rest of my life and I havent really told alot of pepole that but I am now. Well wherver Mrs Wright is im sure shes out there. God will send her my way when hes ready. For now im just gona play it cool and enjoy life and try to have no worries. But I hope one day to find a girl in which I can trust and that will love me for me and not try to make me into something I am not. A girl that want cheat on me and that we can laugh and cut up and have a good time well that enough yakin for now ttyl
