Ladies and Gentlemen, 7th Sun's long awaited album FROM THE BEGINNING is done. Mastering sessions and artwork were completed on Tuesday July 22. Expect copies of the album soon.

Special thanks to all the others who played on the album: Ron Scalera, Jason Land and Becky Curtis; thanks to Keith Berson and Jon Lee for supplying the album art, Larry Goetz for helping with the mixing sessions, and a very special thanks to our wonderful engineer John (JT the other) Thomas, without whom, it wouldn't have been the same.

7th Sun pays its respects to late great George Carlin. Carlin was one of the greatest comedians who ever lived. He "passed away" on Sunday June 22nd of a heart attack. He was 71. Before he died, George Carlin gave the band encouragement as JT remembers:

"He's one of my heroes. He was a genius comedian and a brilliant wordsmith/philosopher. I got a chance to meet him shortly before his passing. I told him I was in a band called 7th Sun and gave him a copy of the "From the Beginning" single, to which he replied 'Best of luck to you and your band.' Wherever you are George, thanks for over 50 years of laughs. Joe Bless you!" ~JT Curtis~
