Hello from an extremely hot and humid Good Friday evening in downtown Brentwood.  We decided on our usual "bank holiday special" and ran off an A to Z of indie classics from 1989 to the present day, all perfectly segueing into each other in perfect disjointedness (Ooberman into PWEI, anyone?)

The Myspace challenge bore fruit as ever and we had two tracks sent to us during the show - A Moment Of Clarity from Whitstable's finest, The Psychotic Reaction, which is out as a free download on 17 April, and a track from Billericay band Set Adrift, The Allotment Song.

Tonight's tracklisting was as follows:

A - If It Ain't Broke, Fix It Anyway

Beastie Boys - Sabrosa

Carter USM - Twenty Four Minutes To Tulse Hill

Delays - Nearer Than Heaven

EMF - They're Here

Faith No More - Epic

Gay Dad - To Earth With Love

Hafdis Huld - Tomoko

(International) Noise Conspiracy - Capitalism Stole My Virginity

Jesus Jones - Move Mountains

Klang - L.O.V.E.

Lo-Fidelity All Stars (featuring Pigoenhed) - Battle Flag

Magoo - Expansion Ride

Needles - Dead Or Alive

Ooberman - Shorley Wall

Pop Will Eat Itself - Ich Bin Ein Auslander

Q And Not U - So Many Animal Calls

Rage Against The Machine - People Of The Sun

Spoon - Everything Hits At Once

Tom Vek - That Can Be Arranged

Underworld - Stay Young

Von Bondies - C'Mon C'Mon
Ween - Transdermal Celebration
X-Ray Spex - Germ Free Adolescence
Young Knives - Loughborough Suicide
Zappa comma Frank - Cheap Thrills
Psychotic Reaction - A Moment Of Clarity
Set Adrift - The Allotment Song
