Life is odd. At one moment you think you have it all figured out. Then something changes. And life is different. Not better or worse, just different. Or sometimes YOU change and everything becomes different because you are looking at life through a different lens. Hopefully when that change comes you haven't screwed things up so bad that you can't enjoy the change. I thought I had it all figured out. Then my Grandma died. And I realized that my wife and kids mean more to me than going out with friends. I realized that I need to sit back and enjoy each moment just a little bit more. I realized that I have been given some great responsibilities that I need to take care of and noone is going to do it for me. I guess I realized that I needed to grow up. And the place I am right now (mentally, spiritually) is good. And very refreshing to my soul. I have much peace. And I am very thankful.

On some mixes you may hear the MC mention me as Dj DUNAMIS. That was my name for several years until I found out that someone else (much more established) is using that name. I am now going by Ray Lasiter (my middle name + a street I used to live on).
