So I'm here in San Francisco in Japantown in some themed hotel and I can't get to sleep. I really have no idea what I'm going to do the rest of the week because I really don't feel like doing anything. Why I thought that over a week stuck with my parents was a good idea is beyond me. and whoever thought that spending three days trapped on a train was a good way to kick off the week is sick. I am at work now. I have nothing to do. today, so far, I have put paper in two printers and unloaded computers. Other duties my fabulous job includes are pushing buttons on computers in classrooms and sitting around trying in vain to look busy so that I don't have to go move computers from point a to b or from b to a.

Another fascinating aspect of my job is dealing with Barb the secretary, who likes to hear herself speak and is convinced that I am four years old. This includes asking me if I know how to create a work document and if I know where sc61 is, a room i have been moving computers in and out of for the past three weeks. I want to ask Barb how many cats she has, as I am certain she has several, but I am afraid that she will go into conversations she has had with them. (nothing against cats or people that have them.. I like cats.)

The rest of my summer will be spent doing these tasks over and over and over.
I guess its money though, and since Claire is in Sandusky, so there's really no reason to sit around at home all the time.

Unfortunately, this is not the summer of Mark.
