Hey y'all,

 

We got new music to listen to. I just wanted to say thanks to Mike Wagner and Scott Pinder who engineered and Mastered this demo. You guys really nailed it on the head! Thank you! Anyway, for the rest of you folks I want to say thank you again for supporting us and coming out shows and loving us. We return the love in full. We will be heading back into the recording studio hopefully soon to finish this record. I am hoping to have it fully ready for the summer of this year. Man it's been a long time coming. But it is so close. I can feel it. GEEZ!

Well, if you are liking these songs, why not come out for a full sampling of the JD Edwards Band. We have a bunch of shows lined up for the coming months and I am sure you will all be attending. Well, it would be nice to see you there for sure, but make an effort, you won't regret coming. Check the local listings and this site daily for new tracks, gig dates and other fun stuff.

What's up y'all,

I am sick as a dog today. Can't quite get my fingers to type properly...but I am trying. Anyway, we are almost done our short demo, just have to redo a vocal track for "Empty Pockets" and do a trombone track for another and that's it. And it's done. We are looking to do an accoustic demo right afterwards with our sax player John Keroac. We are taking over this world one short demo at a time. Look for the new songs up on our site in the near future and maybe you'll get a chacne to have one for yourself. Well that's all for today, I am dying here and my phone keeps beeping.

Hey y'all,

We're in the studio...finally! I mean honestly, it's been a long wait, but we're here, we are fucking here. And I am so friggin' happy. We are working on a three song demo that will surely turn into a full length album, with a little it help from our neighbourhood engineer, Mike W.. John K is in the BOX right now and I'm telling him to play less notes. And too many trills in one phrase just makes it sound lame. I am sorry, but trills are for wankers! And thats what I have to say about that. But John K is an amazing saxamaphonist and he is actually playing all the right notes...I think this demo will be sweet and the completed record will definetly be awesome.

So this is a short little entry, but I hope it reaches some people. Be in touch and Ill let you in on what is going down with the JD Edwards Band in the future.
