We are located a very short walk from the end of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Midtown Manhattan. For nearly 25 years, Jim Hanley's Universe has been New York's Premier comic book store, and we will be open and ready to serve you this Thanksgiving, November 26, from 9:00am to 3:00pm! We are centrally located directly behind the Empire State Building, near all major mass transit.

JHU Game Nights @ The Underground are still going strong! For the uninitiated, Game Nights are now Monday, Thursday and Friday here at JHU 33rd Street, and Friday and Sunday in New Dorp. Thursdays will always be TYPE 2 Tournaments (aka Standard Construction), Fridays (or Saturdays, as the case may be) will always be Draft nights & Sundays in New Dorp are open for Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon and Magic! Every Monday night Jim Hanley’s Universe in New York City is open for casual gaming! Bring a friend or a playgroup from 6PM-10PM to play your favorite trading card, role-playing, or collectible model game!
