We'll enter studio next November 14 and 15 to record a new MLP. It will contain only covers of some old faves with a special guest vocalist for every piece. This is our way of having some fuckin' fun, gut-ripping the classics with the help of some underground freaks!! This recording will be released on digipack MCD by Living Dead Society (Spain), and on 12" MLP by Parasitic (USA).
Title and cover art to be revealed soon, by the way here's the trackslit:
1. "Sex and violence" (Carnivore), lead vocals by Chris Reifert (Abscess).

OEF was great but not cos' the motherfuckin' short bad sounding show we did, it was awesome cos' we met there a lot of good ol' friends from around the globe, that was a total blast! MACHETAZO send the most megabrutalized chaotic whirlwind nuclear tornado thanx & cheers to the following grindfreaks: Johan (Bleed for me!!!) & BOMBSTRIKE, Danny Lilker, Jason & BLOOD DUSTER, Theo & HAIL OF BULLETS, Andy/EVERYDAYHATE, Nicolas/BONES BRIGADE, all the spanish bastards and of course Curby, the OEF crew and everybody who didn't care about the rain to stand with pride in front of the stage!

Starting on June 13th and finishing on June 20th, we will play in Germany (twice), Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.

-Torture Garden Picture Company just sent to pressing plant the MACHETAZO & WINTERS IN OSAKA collaboration ep, a very limited 7" vinyl (only 200 or 250 copies) including two MACHETAZO tracks from "Mundo Cripta" remixed by WINTERS IN OSAKA.
 
-Jason V. is finishing the graphic design for the long awaited MACHETAZO/SPLATTERHOUSE "Live at CBGB" split LP/CD, so hope to send everything to Power It Up as soon as possible to see this motherfucker released at last. Featuring exclusive artwork by Chris Reifert (ABSCESS) and liner notes by Daryl Kahan (FUNEBRARUM), fuck yeah.

Santi is the name of this infamous grinder who has been around the band
for years, always great supporter and close friend, and well-known into
the underground scene cos' he's vocalist for NASHGUL, the only grindcore
band in this stinky town besides us.
We already started the rehearsals and everything's going great, he fits
perfect and brings back the mega-distorted bass sound. The rehearsals
will continue for a couple of months more, so on 2009 Machetazo will
destroy the stages again. The first studio recording featuring Santi will be a covers 10" ep we're planning to record soon.
