A new deliveryJust the other day Hairy pulled up outside the Rising Bun in a large "Self Drive" hire van, this immediately got the DD's interest. "Anything that needs a van that size must be worth a look" thought the Dribble Dragon, and he wasn't disappointed. For Hairy opened up the back of the van and there for all to see was Hairy's dusty organ.
Hairy's Mighty OrganThe DD can reliably report that it was an older model and to be brutally honest it had seen better days but there was no doubt that it was certainly a decent size. Hairy must have been keeping it in storage until he was ready to use it again, possibly as a new feature at The Bun to help bring in the punters. Once he's given it a vigorous polishing it would look as good as (almost) new.
UnloadingAs you can imagine manoeuvring something that size requires a second pair of hands, with Sticky nowhere to been seen Hairy called upon the help of The Lad. After briefly surveying the scene The Lad took charge of the situation. He told Hairy to take a firm hold at the base while he gave the other end a good tugging. After much swearing and sweaty exertion they managed to pull it out of the van and into The Bun.
The DD recommends that the next time you enter the Rising Bun ask Hairy if you can see his mighty organ, it's certainly worth a look and if he's in the mood he even may let you make sweet, sweet music with it.
You might also want to ask him "How many words do you think you put in a blog entry based on what is essentially one double entendre".

Hairy, always trying to attract new customers to the World's Friendliest (but perhaps not the busiest) Pub today propped his lucky ladder directly over the front door. Hairy must have thought that since his ladder had brought him so much luck when cleaning the windows of the Rising Bun it was bound to bring in the customers. Dribble Dragon thinks that Hairy may not have thought this latest stunt through after it backfired spectacularly, not only were customers being put off by having to walk under a ladder to enter the pub but the Rising Bun's patriotic flag and flag pole both mysteriously went missing...

Bevens' best mate Meg was today involved in a Fashion Horror show held at the local mental hospital. It was reported that Meg was grabbed from the street (very close to the Rising Bun) and forced to parade up and down a "Cat Walk" in some sort of hospital uniform favoured by the inmates. Not content with humiliating Meg in front of a crowd of their friends, the inmates video recorded the incident and plan to post it on the internet. Dribble Dragon warns views that they may find the contents of this video disturbing.

Rising Bun regular Bevans (a warder at the local mental hospital) was in the World's Friendliest Pub lastThursday with his old chilli partner Meg having a farewell horse chilli and warm larger. Bevans was leaving the local mental hospital the next day and wanted to sample the delights of the Bun before moving on. Bevans happened to mention his immanent departure to Hairy and Sticky, they excitedly responded by telling Bevans that he was lucky and the Bun wouldn't be too busy on Friday for his leaving do They said they would even reserve "The Chair" for his personal use during the event. Imagine Hairy and Sticky's shock to find out that Bevans wasn't going to use the World Friendliest Pub as the venue for his leaving do but had planed to use Scooters Bar instead. Hairy was obviously stunned by this revelation and pointed out to Bevans that Scooters' land lady is still Manic Mini but somehow this didn't put Bevans off. Dribble Dragon feels it may be some time before Hairy and Sticky recover from this snub.

New Year ResolutionsHoorah! It's a new year and the dribble dragon is ready to make it the best yet.
I only have two new year resolutions:
1) Eat more meat based snacks 2) Finish my manuscript of "Bergerac: The Movie"
I've eaten a bag of Morrisons "Own Brand" pork scratchings each day so I am well on the way to achieving my first resolution.
Oh Yes! It's going to be a good year...

Weve had another letter from the public:
Dear Dribble Dragon,
Happy new year!
As a loyal fan I was wondering.... what did you have for your Christmas dinner?
Yours,
James
DD sent this response:
James,
The DD had the traditional non-gay christmas meal of turkey, ham, sausages (alas they wern't wrapped in bacon as the DD's mum forgot), roast potatoes, stuffing and lashings of gravy and bread sauce.
After this great feast, the DD roared and settled back down in his cave to watch some christmas telly.
Wishing you a pork filled new year!
DD.

We have received another letter from a dedicated fan of the diet.
Dear Mr Dragon
Following that diet of yours, how are you not: A) Seriously undernourished B) Suffering from scurvy C) Dead?
Yours, Bemused of Bath
Dear Bemused, Thank you for you letter, it's always nice when people take an interest in the DDD. As you know, in the wild, the main source of food for the DD is a female virgin. Alas Bath seems to be devoid of these entities (particularly around the Snow Hill area), so the DD has had to adapt his diet, instead living off the bargain bins in Morrisons, these seem to supply all the DDs major non-gay food groups, preventing his starvation and the loss of this valuable species from the local ecosystem. Cider also supplies the DD with a good source of vitamin C to protect against scurvy. Yours, DD.

A fanatical DD fan was spotted waving frantically at the DD lair last Thursday. Despite waving for the best part of 30 seconds the young lady left without even a glimpse of the dribbling beast. The lady in question said "I'm really disappointed, I've travelled all the way from the other side of town and didn't even get to see his apple crumble".

Monday 28th November
Breakfast: Ok who are we kidding, it's not going to happen. Ever. Even when the DD wakes up early enough (which is rarely) he's not going to bother going to all the effort of making breakfast.
Lunch: The DD didn't bother bringing in any lunch today, he decided that all the nourishment he needed could be obtained from a bag of Wheat Crunchies (Big Cheese flavour) and a peperami. However, our very own Mr Burns stepped in with a large slice of home made bread pudding to save the day. The DD was happy until Mr Burns told him it contained poppy and sunflower seeds to which the DD replied "You had to take a manly food and make it gay didn't you!". The DD had to crack open a bag of Morrisons own Pork Scratchings to recover from the ordeal.
Dinner: Steak, Morrisons "The Best"Tiger Prawns (reduced) and chips with a fried tomato and fried slice of wholemeal bread to finish. If he added some veg that meal might be considered to be 'normal'.
