Mark you calendars--there will be a rockabilly benefit for the troops at the Rhythm Room on August 22nd!  Bands and pinups are donating their time and talents in support of the troops;  I'll be making an appearance in full military cheesecake splendor!  Signed 8x10s will be for sale (donated by Doug Monce of Atomic Age Pictures) and all proceeds go to the Pinup Angels, a group that puts together care packages for the troops.  My Sweetie and his band, The Heymakers, will be performing, along with several other rockin' bands.  This is gonna be an event you won't want to miss!

Yesterday I began working with Doug Monce of Atomic Age Pictures on a new project--the moving picture kind!  You can take a peek at several stills from the scenes we shot--and soon you will be able to see a short film all about me!

Had an impromptu shoot with Doug of Atomic Age Pictures at MacAlpine's last Friday--check out the photos in the file "Impromptu."  I had the pleasure of working with Doug as an extra in his upcoming film, "Blackout," and we have some other exciting plans in the works that you'll be seeing in the very near future.  So stay tuned for the next installment in this series

The wonderful Mad Gato created this YouTube video for me--isn't it just the cat's pajamas?  I certainly think so!

Thank you, Gato!

The Miss Betty Amanda frock debuted yesterday, in honor of the 65th anniversary of D-Day.  I've been selected as the house model for this brand new design house, and I am quite honored to be the chosen gal!  The debut frock is a 1930s stunner in red and white polka dot satin, with a sweet bow belt and white accents, and a quality piece as well.  I think you'll love it and want one for yourself--but act fast, as Able Grable designs are limited editions!  You'll want to bookmark their site and stay tuned for each of the upcoming designs, which will surely strike your fancy as well!

Check it out--photographer and artist John Eaves featured his work with me on his blog, Eavesdropping with Johnny

Our work has inspired a fellow artist, so stay tuned to see what this 1940s girl looks like painted on the side of a more futuristic aircraft!

Check it out--I've been chosen as the May cover girl at AppleSeedEx.com.  Thanks to Mad Gato for his stellar graphic design work, Kurt Korpong for taking such a fantastic photo, and Gerardo and Katy for choosing me as the gal of the month!
