Hey guys! Okay so basically you have all been asking me how my show was and I know just saying good totally does NOT do justice to any of you amazing fans! (lmao) So FINALLY I decided Ill try and blog like every little freaking detail I remember kay?
GETTING THERE…. Okay so me and my friends took the go train down, and I think within getting at the station my mom had already lost her mind thinking "how the hell am I going to put up with all these actually crazy teenagers all night?" So we were just sitting there being the loudest people in the world (I also managed to steal Wes's credit card J but I gave it back L ) while my mom totally zoned out. Once we got to union my mom was like OH MY GOD I DON'T KNOW WHERE WERE GOING! And i'm like … oh this is lovely. I ended up having to argue with her constantly! So like 2 subways and a bus later i'm like uber late so were running and screaming down this road. WE PASSED THE RESTRAUNT AND WENT SO FAR UP. By the time we REALISED we had to run ALL THE WAY BACK and when we got at sound check my voice was SO SCREWED FROM ASHTMA I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE. *or at least told to get the hell off stage!* So yeah a little bit freaked I went and I chilled with my friends. Eventually when it started I didn't feel nervous but you could tell with my voice I was, that never really happened before. I guess I was just so stressed from like the fact I was playing an actual show for really the first time? And the fact I was doing it alone. Be thankful if your in a band! So I mean I was like PISSED that I did so bad but I just brushed it off and was like OKAY I HAVE TO DO BETTER THE NEXT SONG! I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER THE NEXT SONG!!
But omg the performers were AWSOME!! I met some really nice artists that night! It made me realize HOW MUCH WORK I HAVE TO DO! Im so glad everyone thought I was cute because im only 14. I'm so grateful they made the event 14 and up so I can play too. I really do not get that many chances! Since I got home iv been like writing songs like crazy and just working on a lot of stuff. So the night went on, my idiotic friends were being idiots and I did my second song which went a lot better just you know except for the part I really screwed up on a lot of notes? I DON'T LIKE MY VOICE TO MUCH RIGHT NOW! I know that song went a lot better though. It was weird singing my Owen song in front of so many people though! You could hardly move in that place by then. Two of my favorite parts of the night though were defiantly when Adam ordered some 16 dollar seafood creation thing that no one but my friend Dee would eat (eeewwwwwwww i'm surprised she didn't die of like food poisoning!) When my friends went up and asked if they had food and they responded WE HAVE MEAT N FISH. Or when a random drunk guy went up to Dee who was sleeping and started yelling HOW CAN U BE ASLEEP U CAN BE ASLEEP THESE ACTS ARE AWSOME WAKE UP WAKEE UPP!!
I honestly had so much fun meeting people and performing and just hanging with my friends! God I cannot wait to play another show! I just hate how hard it is to find them with my age!
