Just wanted to give you guys an update on what's coming up for SubNoize. We have releases coming up from Kottonmouth Kings, Swollen Members and Taintstick!

SEPTEMBER:
Throughout this month, Kottonmouth Kings are dropping some classics that they found when they raided the Capitol vault. The 'Double Dose' series is going to feature some dope material that has gone out of print or is hard to find. Along with a few unreleased bonuses! Each package features a CD and a DVD release.

Sept 15th - 'Double Dose Vol. 1' features the first ever 'Hidden Stash' CD and the never-before-seen OG 'Dopeumentary'! This is the first 'Dopeumentary' that the suits didn't think you should see but we thought you guys should be able to check it out now after all this time!

Sept 15th - 'Double Dose Vol. 2' features the out-of-print 'Endless Highway' DVD and a new compilation called 'Rollin' Down the Highway', which is the Kings' best roadtrip songs!

Sept 29th - 'Double Dose Vol. 3' features the 'Hidden Stash II' CD and the out-of-print 'Dopeumentary' that we originally released back in 2001.

OCTOBER:
This is the month that you've been waiting for. A lot of cool shit dropping, including a new album from SWOLLEN MEMBERS, the latest installment of 'Hidden Stash' from KOTTONMOUTH KINGS and the debut album from Jason Ellis' band TAINTSTICK!

Oct 13th - 'Hidden Stash 420' is the brand new joint from the KINGS that features 2 CDs and a full-length DVD! In 'Hidden Stash 420', you get 40 songs, 25 of them are unreleased new tracks, b-sides, collabos and remixes! There are appearances from Tech N9ne, Hed PE, Brother Jay from X-Clan, Dirtball, Potluck and Judge D along with new solo joints from Johnny Richter and D-Loc. There is also a new Kingspade song called "Gone Git It".  The DVD is called 'The Lost Adventures of the Kottonmouth Kings' and follows the Kings on wild trips to Japan, Australia and the Cannabis Cup along with new music videos and tons of bonus footage!

Oct 27th - 'Armed to the Teeth' is the brand new album from SWOLLEN MEMBERS! One of the most respected underground hip hop groups has joined forces with SubNoize to drop their most powerful album yet! The record features appearances by TECH N9NE, TALIB KWELI, LA COKA NOSTRA, GLASSES MALONE and others!

Oct 27th - '6lbs of Sound' is the debut album from Jason Ellis' band TAINTSTICK! This record is packed with some of the heaviest metal you've heard since Spinal Tap! TAINTSTICK now features Benji Madden (Good Charlotte) on bass and will be playing a record release party in Las Vegas. Stay tuned for more details!

Below is a new stencil promoting 'Hidden Stash 420'. Download this stencil and cut it out. Back it up with cardboard and make it stiff and reusable. Use spray-paint with the stencil, take pics of the work and upload it to our comments. Be tasteful when tagging KMK, DO NOT do it on places where you will get busted. DO NOT attract attention to KMK in a negative way. DO NOT tag over other peoples tags. Tag in places that are cool and are already covered with old spray-paint. Tag your surfboard, skate deck, snowboard, tee shirts, drum sets, etc. We want to see your art and see who the biggest KMK fans are. DO NOT spray-paint anything illegally, we don’t want anyone getting in trouble. The legal system is not your friend!

Whoever does the coolest tagging to promote KOTTONMOUTH KINGS and 'Hidden Stash 420' will win a signed KOTTONMOUTH KINGS lithograph!

What’s poppin’? this is Mad Child from Swollen Members / Battleaxe Warriors. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for making Swollen Members / Battleaxe Warriors a part of the 1914 Family. We are so excited to be releasing our new album ‘Armed to the Teeth’. I honestly feel this is our best album to date and it features Tech N9ne, Talib Kweli, La Coka Nostra and more. For those that aren’t in the know, I just finished getting off a four year Oxycontin addiction, so the last few years pretty much sucked for me. The only only good things to come out of the last few years were this album that we’re about to drop, signing Tre Nyce to Battleaxe Warriors and us signing with Suburban Noize Records and Regime Management!!

We were fortunate enough to recently do a 3 week tour with the Kottonmouth Kings! that shit was so dope and we got to meet a lot of the Souljaz while we were on the road! It was so dope seeing the Swollen Army and the SubNoize Souljaz all together in the crowd at all the shows. I encourage all the Souljaz and Swollen Army to reach out and get to know each other - together we can have an unstoppable movement! Let’s take this shit over! The swollen army has stayed true to us for years and I know the Souljaz have the same honor and loyalty instilled in their movement. It is my hope that we all consolidate into one movement and really make things pop the fuck off!!!

 

Anyway, we have just finished recording two videos for “Warrior” and “Pornstar” plus we are doing a video for a track called “Bollywood Chick” featuring Tech N9ne and directed by DJ Skee next week in LA. We are scheduled to start touring around the release of ‘Armed to the Teeth’ in October and we will be touring America, Canada and Australia hard until Christmas.

I would love to start communicating with the fans and working things out with the Souljaz that want to help promote the release of ‘Armed to the Teeth’. Keep a look out for us getting that started very soon ( early next week). It has been a long time coming, and it’s time for the Swollen Army and the SubNoize Souljaz to really make our mark in the world!!!! You will also hear us shouting out Battleaxe Warriors which is going to be the next Suburban Noize / Battleaxe release. Battleaxe Warriors is a crew that I have started and we will be adding members to the crew as we meet them on tour, etc. Stay tuned for more info on Battleaxe Warriors and how to get involved with them.
