After the bad news this week of the band being removed by The Fray's management from the Time Warner Cable Amphitheater show on July 1st, we would like to announce that The Speedbumps have now been rescheduled to play on August 17th with Jason Mraz and G. Love and Special Sauce.

So we are finally back home for awhile from touring. We were out of town the past three weekends playing shows. We had a great time meeting new fans and also meeting back up with old friends. We all especially enjoyed visiting Tennessee and the southern hospitality from the people of Nashville. I think I speak collectively for the band when I say that we can not wait to return.

  Thanks to Dolson for introducing us to some new places. We enjoyed everywhere that we went. Also thanks to everyone that bought an album,  let us stay with them, or just came out to see us play. We appreciate all the support while on the road.

  We can't forget our home fanbase though. For everyone in northeast Ohio's enjoyment,  we will be playing at The Southside in the Tremont District of Cleveland, OH this Friday, May 29th. The music should start around 10PM. Personally, The Southside is one of my favorite restaurant/bars in Cleveland. Think of this place as great food and good people.  If you have never been here before its worth checking out. There is an outdoor patio for those that like the outdoors. See you out and about!

Yesterday we had a great time in Nashville. We left Ohio at 6AM for Tennessee. We met up with Dolson when we arrived in Nashville. We got to meet Mitch from Sputnik Studios and he also gave us a tour of the studios. We were all impressed by the entire Berry Hill area. There are studios in every neighborhood and a lot of them look like houses. Very cool! We made friends with local musicians Jason, Jerry, and their friends and family. After a solid southern barbecue it was off to play some music. Thanks to everyone that came out to see us! We had a blast!

So right now we are driving from Lebanon to Johnson City, TN. Evan is lounging in the very back of the band while the 4 of us enjoy some tunes while we drive along I-40. The scenery is great. The trees are green and the roads are smooth.

We look forward to tonight's show at The Acoustic Coffeehouse in Johnson City, TN @ 8PM.
