F.A.Q.
These are the questions I tend to get a lot. I will continue to add to the list as needed, but also please read through the comments before you ask something to see if it has already been answered.
Q: Why sarahSKELLINGTON?
A: I've always loved the movie, so when I got this account in the summer of '06 I threw it together as my username.
Q: What does heterosexual mean?
A: You could've google it and spared yourself the embarassment of asking.. it means straight. & yes.. I've actually been asked this a lot.
Q: Where did you get your layout?
A: I make all of my own layouts. A lot of effort is put into them so please don't be a jerk and steal my stuff.
Q: Can you make me one please?
A: No, sorry. It takes far too much time and it's really not worth it for a complete stranger who might not even like what I put together for them. If you want to see some of my work, I usually upload previews to my deviantART [

Q: Do you photoshop your pictures?
A: I do, but not the the extent that I make myself irrecognizable. I'm actually not very good with it to be honest.
Q: How did you get those awesome vampire teeth? [

A: I used a combination of the clone stamp tool and airbrushing, and just eyeballed it. The picture uploaded was actually my first try at it, ever. PS I didn't edit my eyes in the top picture.
Q: Are you real?

Q: What are those weird letters at the end of your name?
A: They are tags for groups that I am in. You may check them out through the links on the right side of my profile under the Groups heading.
Q: Do you take your own pictures & what do you use?
A: I get this a lot, so listen up. I take almost all of my own pictures because, to be honest, I'm not really comfortable in front of the camera unless I'm in control of it. I got a Sony Cybershot DSC-W100 for Christmas '06 but it broke in April '07. It had 8.1 megapixels and was overall a great point and shoot camera. I previously used the older model of the Cybershot with 5.0 megapixels and used that until I bought the Canon EOS 350D [also known as the Rebel XT]. I have two lenses as of right now, an 18-55mm and 55-200mm.
Q: Do you just have random walls/backdrops in your house?
A: Actually, yes I do. There are blue, green, yellow, beige, red, and eggplant walls in my house. A lot of them are pretty blank too.
Q: What's the deal with this [
link] picture?
A: Before I start, no it's not a copy of America's Next Top Model. I took it earlier on the day that season's pilot episode aired. Anyway it was my attempt at a visual representation of the abortion debate. Contrary to popular belief, I am not stating a personal opinion in any way. What I wanted the message to be is: "It's my choice, but its life." The goal was to show that grave decisions have to be made by mothers and that there probably isn't one right answer for every situation.
Q: Are you a model/Do you do any modelling?
A: This question always makes me laugh. NO. Do you seriously need to ask this? I'm just a normal girl, get over whatever 'myspace appearance' I might have. Just ask my friends, I'm AVERAGE.
Q: Will you enter our contests/be a site model for us?
A: You may use my pictures under the condition that I am credited and that my profile is linked somewhere visible so that when people see my pictures they know its me and can find me if they wish.
Q: Why do you have so many friends & post so many bulletins? Do you have a freaking life?
A: It's honestly just a way for me to pass my time, meet some interesting people, and network. I post bulletins usually as promotions or through boredom and if you don't like it you're free to delete/block me. Despite what you may think, yes I have a life. I shop, go to shows, see movies, etc. so please stop thinking otherwise.
Q: What is your natural hair colour?
A: It hasn't been it's natural colour since the summer of '05, but it's a dark blonde with a hint of red.
Q: Has anyone ever told you that you look like Hayley Williams from Paramore?
A: Yes, I tend to get it a lot actually. That's actually how I first listened to them, because when I was first told I had never heard them before. But everytime someone says it I can't help but be complimented, she's an amazing girl.
Q: Did you copy Hayley's hair?
A: Arg, no! These colours were actually all my stylist's idea. I told her that I wanted the red put back in and that I'd like it to be interesting. I said the kind of cut I wanted and she thought up the colours.
Q: What's your favourite band?
A: Okay, I really dislike this question because I never really put one ahead of the others. I listen to what I want based on my emotions. I don't have a favourite, but when people say "You have to pick!" I say The Fully Down [
link]. They started off playing local shows in community centres here - my ex-boyfriend would book them shows. One of the guitarists' moms was my drama teacher in 7th grade. My friend's brother is considered their unofficial mascot. Now they've got fans all over the world and have played with Norma Jean, Protest the Hero, and were on Warped tour for two years.
