good folks,
check out our performance of 'golden' on this cd, which you can get at best buy, starting nov 27:

also our friends in the subjects, tigercity, and us royalty are on the same disc.  so if not for us, then for them.  and if not for them, then the other bands.  and if not for them, for the economy.
we're track 2, so if you're going to scratch up the cd, do it on the outer edges. thanks.

Current mood:  amorous
we've spent some time these past couple of months recording some songs that we will release en masse at some point in the near future.

but the near future is not near enough, so we decided to share dos canciones on this here website in time for the leaves to fall.  they're called 'tablasaurus' and 'wicksey boxing'.

please enjoy.
thank you.

sincerely,
b. hands, the 1st

yo
so i posted this joke new yorker quote a little while back to the left to the left just to have a little fun but now the script got flipped because they actually wrote about us. should i change it or something?

here's what they say:

BRUAR FALLS
245 Grand St., Williamsburg, Brooklyn (347-529-6610)—Sept. 26: Bear Hands are a Brooklyn four-piece who have recently hunkered down in the studio, agonizing over pedals and tambourines, creating percussive, folk-infused alt-rock. The new material’s nuanced production may suggest that the band has a big agenda, but the group tempers its ambitions with a decidedly home-made vibe. There’s no mistaking their garage-rock origins.
