Origanl post 2-27-05: 2 months ago...what a differnence time makes inlife..... as i read this and know i can objectively reflect on that time in my life... kind of feels like yesterday... still love u mh..... Does it take 3 to make one. Yesterday I spent time with 3 different friends. That was interesting. I would have loved to spend it just with one. The right one. A Growing Friend, a new aquitance and an A friend whom we have shared alot with. These were the types of ladies. I could not help but to think of all of the reasons why I would need to spend time with 3 differnet ladies throughout the day, from Night to morning to Afternoon to evening then Late evening to Early morning. Whoa... that is a lot. But i guess Jah heard my me soul and sent telephone calls to me to full the void that iwas left after I left the person whom I want to spend my time with... I really enjoyed myself because each of these ....but at the end of the day I just have to accept the reasons for their time and what i have learned form the inter-actions I can be all over the place. Yesterday was 4-20 day (for all the herbalist out there) I found it funny that that day was probalby the the only day all year in which i did not partake in the herbs..... must be the rebel in I... love live just thought that was humorus....

Give thanks for health. And Strong Body... I remember growing up, i use to sick for a least a week once or twice a year. .. and guess what i would say thatt most people still do. and think that is normal... well it is not... at all we are not suppose to get sick at all. But i am trying to eliminate that out of my life... So i got my system to realize that some thing is trying to invade and guess what within a fewhours of rest and sweat... I am better. so much better. That is contributed to my state of mind, my diet, my structure and really listening and knowing my body each of the trillions of cells that make me who I am... that i must say... that is crutial I dont have a perfect diet but i try to put the best things into my structure. Leave all the trash out...(The dairy in anyform, the deaders {meat in any form}, eggs, to oil and greazzy foods, foul langauge, and other stuff) come on my people wake up stop eating and living lazy... dont take the easy way it will lead to pain suffering and getting sick... over and over again then to be not.. and we are ment to be forIver... It is a journey but one worth taking.... once u are on u keep on going to the end which is just the begining... cycles.... This is Livicated to all the people who get sick, eat meat and such u know who u r when u read this... and to all my people who are the path... dont stray... keep strong, stay humble... and live life joyfully.... NO More time for playing around... in these times becasue the time is at hand....

These planet and stars will have you bugging if you are not careful and understant the power that they possess and how to work through them... I heard that mercury was in retrograde and i was alarmed.... with ever right to be (as time showed me)....form the first word sound I inquired into it (the effects of m in r) but no response.... the communications broke. and did they what so ever.... So much factors influnce the way we act and interact with ones especially the ones who we care about. So with this session of mecury in retrograde, i end it with thanks that i am aware truely aware of the time when the heavens will have things upside down and backwards if you are not focused on truely what is important in life. What truely makes you happy. What indeed will make you smile. Life is hard but we are strong and will make if through any situation if true and geniune repect and love is there, on the highest levels. Basically I am happy because my love for being... until such time from me to u?... makes any sense?
