Hi everyone,

Hope you're well.

Sunday 18th February / 6.30pm - this is the date and time you all need for your diaries! This is when the first Australia's Got Talent airs on Australian TV (Channel 7). I'm joined by Red Symons and Tom Burlinson (www.tomburlinson.com.au) as the celebrity judges.

I've been catching up on the American version of the show since I got here, which is pure entertainment. I wasn't disapointed with the first day of filming here in Melbourne. It was hilarious! What a riot this show is going to be!

There were plenty of really talented people, and of course those who gave us a good laugh! One guy recited a joke he wrote about farting, performed in a Braveheart costume… the act was called 'Bravefart'!

There was a Polish guy dressed in drag, wearing a complete red leather outfit with red leather wings… his act name was 'Essan Laurant', and he sang Oi Oi Oi - I am your Candy boy – a song he penned all on his own!

Please tell me all you Aussie fans are ready on Sunday February 18th at 6:30pm to put the show up on Youtube, so everyone in the UK and across the world can see them?!

She interviewed me for an entertainment piece to go on Today Tonight – a CH7 programme. It was great to finally meet her, as she played one of my all time favourite characters in the film Strictly Ballroom – 'Tina Sparkle'.

Here are a couple of personal pics taken at a photo shoot I did last week for Australian In Style magazine. I adore the magazine so much, so I'm very excited to be included in it. The photographers name was Troyt.

The Australian In Style 8-page fashion shoot will be on sale March 19th (April issue).

That's it from me this time. I can't tell you just how excited I am about Australia's Got Talent. My advice to anyone appearing is to be confident and just have fun. Look out for Mr Red Symons – he's the original Mr Nasty!

Hi there,

I'm back in Australia, ready to start work on Australia's Got Talent for CH7.

This is a picture of me and my mate Alannah Hill (www.alannahhill.com.au). She's a huge fashion designer here in Australia. We were both at the Men's Tennis Finals in Melbourne where Roger Federer won in three sets. It was such a great night.

Channel Seven is thrilled to announce that Dannii Minogue is confirmed as a judge on the upcoming program Australia's Got Talent - which will search for the hottest undiscovered talent in the country.


Australia's Got Talent will be wide open to people young and not so young – dancers, ventriloquists, circus acts, yodellers, performance artists, acrobats, magicians and signers – the weird, the wacky, the wild and the wonderful.

Dannii Minogue has been working in the entertainment industry since she was seven, endearing herself to Australians on the family talent show Young Talent Time. Since then she has worked a staggering 17 years in the music industry with 20 hit singles and 4 top selling albums, performed the lead role in Notre-Dame De Paris in London's West End and toured Australia in the phenomenally successful arena stage show Grease, starring as Rizzo to over 450,000 people.


Dannii last worked on Australian television in 1989 as a teenager on Home and Away and is looking forward to returning home.


Dannii said today "I'm so excited to be returning home to work on a TV show I know is going to be loads of fun and full of surprises..."


"I started my career on a talent show and had to go through the audition process that those on Australia's Got Talent will have to go through too. I will be right there with those performing as I know the feeling well. This will be their moment, their big chance to shine. I can't wait to be part of it all and look forward to being surprised by the unknown!"


Australia's Got Talent is based on the format created by Simon Cowell. The US version was the number 1 new program in the current summer schedule.

Celebrating her 11th club number one, Dannii's on top of the world this week as He's The Greatest Dancer races to the top spot on this weeks Upfront Club Chart.





Dannii's latest club hit follows the late 90's classics All I Wanna Do, Everything I Wanted, Disremembrance - and the more recent - Who Do You Love Now?, Put The Needle On It, I Begin To Wonder, Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling, You Won't Forget About Me (Flower Power), Perfection and So Under Pressure.

Kylie fans at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne got a fantastic surprise when Dannii joined Kylie on stage for a rip-roaring rendition of Kids!

The sisters thrilled the sell-out crowd as part of Kylie's .. Showgirl Homecoming Tour. It's the first time the Minogue sisters have performed a song together for over 19 years.

Dannii gave a fantastic performance at this years Children In Need (held on Friday 17th November 2006). Performing a cover of the Sister Sledge classic He's The Greatest Dancer - Dannii had the whole studio on their feet! The performance is the talk of many music forums across the UK.
