Hey all, just dropping in real quick because I'm in Michigan and freezing my tookus off!  Puerto Rico sounds real nice about now ;)

Since I won't be around much this week, I thought I'd drop off this survey I did a while back to let some of my new friends get to know me a little better.  Hope you enjoy :)

Favorite male artists?

Cartel, Justin Timberlake, Ben Folds, Ben Lee, John Mayer, Tenacious D

Favorite female artists?
Kelly Clarkson, Sandi Thom, Hayley Williams (Paramore), Lacey Mosley (Flyleaf), Alicia Keys, early Mariah Carey

When did you first start to sing?

I've been singing since I learned to talk really, Whitney was my personal favorite.  But I've only been singing well since I was around 14.

Do you have any formal singing training?

I took a few private lessons over the years but they made me sing things I didn't want to sing...like, musical theatre for instance.  Anyway, I've taken choir for a really long time (hating most of it) other than that, nothing really.

What other talents do you have?

I am a self proclaimed nerd who was involved in debate club and honors classes.  I also played soccer throughout my whole high school career. I just kinda like running around and hitting people though not really professional soccer worthy just yet.

If you don't make it on AMERICAN IDOL, what will you do?

Well, first I would be a big baby and cry. Then I would go back to Berklee and try and start gigging with my band.

What are your personal goals in life?

I want to be famous. I want to not be able to go anywhere without someone knowing who I was and wanting to talk to me. I want people to listen to my music and understand it, hopefully it will help them get through something in their life.

What album would your friends be surprised you own?

Um, I don't think they would be surprised at any of my music because they all know that I listen to everything...but probably the new Blackout cd by Britney Spears.

Who is your AMERICAN IDOL?

My american idol is my little sister, mainly because she's bad ass but also because she is probably going to try out one day. She's nine and she is a smaller version of me, so yea...I love her.

Do you have any rituals or things you do each time before you perform?

I drink coke with a lime in it and eat some sort of dairy product, like ice cream, or cheese or milk...you know, everything you're NOT supposed to do.

Most embarrassing moments?

I don't really get embarrassed...ever. But I guess for someone else getting pantsed in the middle of the hallway in school in front of your history teacher might be a little embarrassing.

What has been your proudest moment in life so far?

My proudest moment would definitely have to be getting into Berklee this year.  I was not expecting it at all really, it's an amazing school and I feel honored to be able to be a part of it.

If you couldn't sing, which talent would you most like to have?

I wish that I could do street art so badly! Graffiti is probably the coolest thing in the world, I'd also like to then take that talent and start to tattoo.

What is your definition of AMERICAN IDOL?

Someone who could impress upon so many people their views, thoughts and beliefs about anything through a song.  Someone who could be totally down to earth when meeting with people but still have the poise to talk to a group without sounding unintelligent.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

That I am really sarcastic...oh wait, surprised...well, then i guess they wouldn't know that I am sometimes a crime fighting superhero who plays kickball.

Do you have any lucky charms?

No, i have the worst luck in the world.

Who are your heroes in life?

Robin, All of the Fantastic 4 and probably Malifecent.

What's been your toughest obstacle in life?

Opening up to people that I don't know, like with these questions :)

Have a great week guys and a special hello to Diana, Francis, Erin, Steph!  My Fab Four <3

Ok, well...obviously Johnny Depp singing is amazing in itself. He was fabulous. A little too bloody for my liking and not enough singing for one of my favorite musicals. Snape played Snape in this movie as well except he wore these awful gold spandex pants. Wormtail and Bellatrix were also in the movie, but didn't have very large or significant roles. Borat was in it too and was a nice comedic relief for the intensely bloody movie. In my opinion, Helena Bonham Carter, Tim Burton's wife, was by far the best in the movie. The costuming and effects were also Tim Burton fabulous as well. However, with that being said I would compare it to how good of a representation "Hairspray" was to the musical. But just judging it as a movie it was ok...see it once. :)

Alright, well I know it's been a long time since I've said that I would put up some more Same Mistake Twice Stuff but I now have a new video up on YouTube from our cafe show. There will be more up soon, but I figured that this is a good start for now. Let me know what you think, I love hearing everyones opinions. Well, that's it for now...I have to go do this ridiculous score and practice my "Oh Danny Boy" song....FUNNNNN! :-)
