Let us know what your answer is to this question. We draw lots among all the correct answers for a ticket to Roskilde Festival.

What do you think?
To participate you have to write what you think the ticket price is to Roskilde Festival 2010. Write your answer in a comment on facebook or on Roskilde Festival.

For good measure, we accept guesses in both Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and British currencies as well as euro. Just make sure to state in which currency you are guessing.

Too difficult?
If you think that the challenge is a little too difficult, then we are happy to give you a little hint: the ticket price is not more expensive compared to 2009.

Give us your answer before 30 November at 12:00.

The winner is directly notified, and you can see the correct answer when the ticket sale starts on 1 December.

The Gipsy punk band plays on 15 December during the climate summit. In connection with the climate change conference to take place in Copenhagen, Roskilde Festival, Golden Days and the Municipality of Copenhagen have put together a music programme under the title Hopenhagen LIVE that we are looking forward to presenting acts from in the coming weeks.Today we can present a rocking, international name.GOGOL BORDELLO take balkan and klezmer as their starting point, but add punk, rock and countless even more improbable elements to the eastern sounds of saxophones, accordions and violins. The ragged band created one of this year's highlights on Roskilde Festival's Orange Stage last summer.Lots of exciting offersIn mid-December, Copenhagen City Hall Square will turn into a cornucopia of exciting offers. Debates, exhibitions, film screenings and much more. Everything focusing on the environment and sustainability. On top of this you can also get a memorable musical experience.Prepare yourself for an intense party that will surely make the temperature rise in the otherwise cold month of December.More music on the wayCopenhagen City Hall Square can expect even more music. Gogol Bordello and previously announced Danish hip hop act Malk De Koijn will soon be joined by even more acts.

Current mood:  thirsty
Who do you think should play at next year's Roskilde Festival? Throughout October you can send us your requests.
Your opinion matters when we book bands for Roskilde Festival.
Therefore, throughout October you can let us know which five bands are essential on the coming festival poster.
We are calling for band requests twice a year, October and January. In this way, we have an accurate contribution to relate to at some of the most crucial times in the programming. And when we get to know your requests early, we have longer time to react on them.

You can make a difference

Your requests are appreciated – even if we cannot comply with them all. They are an important source of inspiration in our work with the music programme, and many requests are fulfilled every year. So use the link below and make yourself heard.
Please notice, you must be logged in with a user profile on our site in order to make requests.
Important: Be careful to write the artist name correctly – otherwise it affects the accuracy in our counting. The same band name spelled in two different ways will not be counted as one in the statistics we are doing on your requests. For the same reasons, you cannot request an artist or band more than once, and you cannot make requests more than once.

Are you and your friends planning the coolest camp at Roskilde '09? Then enter the competition of becoming 'Camp of the Year' and win cool prizes.

Camping at Roskilde Festival is much more than just pitching tents next to each other. The camps are homes that the festival-goers want to make unique with flags, banners, outfits and themes.
Each year the festival-goers build fancy, fun and cool camps – but only one camp will be worthy of the title 'Camp of the Year 2009'.

DAYLY WINNERS
From Sunday 28 June to Friday 3 July, our camp experts – followed by journalists and photographers – will daily go in the field to find the best camps, which you can read about in the festival newspaper Orange Press and on our website.
Each day we choose a 'Camp of the Day' who wins publicity, and who will automatically qualify as a candidate for the title of 'Camp of the Year'. You can also read about the three daily runner-ups and where they are camping if you should want to pay them a visit.
A competent judging panel will elect 'Camp of the Year' on Saturday 4 July at 12.00.
All members of the winning camp receive original 'Camp of the Year 2009' T-shirts for showing off to the world, and the camp will also win tickets to Roskilde Festival 2010 (max 6 tickets) and will immortalized in Roskilde Festival history.

TIP US OFF
Our camp experts need your help finding the very best camps. Use our camp hotline to tip us, both up to and during the festival. You can send e-mails to camp@roskilde-festival.dk or – if you have a Danish phone subscription – an sms to 1204 (write rf camp + your message).
Send us a short description along with a name and a mobile number of a contact person in the camp. Then we might visit your camp during the festival – and you may win the honour of being camp of the year.
When you tip us off during the festival, please remember to state which camping square number the camp is located in. And if you are sending us e-mails, then we are happy to receive pictures or other material that might convince us that we should visit you.

...and of course - it's not just about winning. It's about having a blast of a time!
