Episode 1 : Germany
Let's start a new activity, talking to you about our travels and foreign gigs.
Aug 9th : Woke up at 5.30 am to make about 1h road from our corsican village : to Bastia :
Then after 5h of boat we arrived to Nice and went to my house to spend the night.
Aug 10 : Woke up at 6.00 am, have to take a plane for Dortmund at 8.10 am so got to be quick.
Arriving at Dortmund, we don't see nothing except white clouds, then we start to make jokes about that but quickly realize that it was true : we lived the corsican sun for the german fog :
But we were picked up by Maxcherry and a friend of him, very cool guys so it was nice :
There it goes again, 3h30 road to go to hamburg, but we had good sound in the car and slept a bit so it was nice.
In the start of the afternoon we arrived to hamburg, saw the street with all sex shop and pubs, the punks, and all the local things wich was very funny.
We wanted to eat currywurst so far so the organisator bring us to a magic place and we did loopings , eat currywurst and drunk beer :
Then we saw the club and the posters of the night in the street :

After a pizza with all the people playing this night and a short slept at the hotel the night was on ; and it was quite hot, wet and punchy :

We got a lot of alcohol shots, and a typical german cake wich i was very proud to show :

Then Maxcherry played a very nice set, but we where like out of force and all wet. So one of the orga and girls took us to make a quick visit of hamburg by night, had a lot of shots again and got drunk. The funny thing was that all bars and pubs where just side by side, and with a different kind of music every time so we really enjoyed.
The hard thing was to wake up the day after, cause we had to take train to Cologne (4h). But as we were really happy of the previous night it was ok.

As we can't sleep in the train, we made some new sounds , finished the set for loonyland and worked on a remix :
We finally arrived to Cologne, with the sun and that was nice to see it again. We met the organisators who were really cool with us, and wished « happy birthday » to U Lee in german , wich was kinda hard to say.
Then after soundcheck and cable problems we went to the hotel and met Housemeister, who gave us his last ep (thanks man).
After a short sleep we went to the club wich is really nice, and watched housi mixing (still making his crazy quick moves with feet we love that).
Then we played on a good place, we where like really higher and can see all people, so that was funny, except that my legs died after 45min and I was really tired, but Jean Pat kept on doing the dancer :
After us there was Simon2 playing and it was mad, that guy is a king on scratching and mixing, we really enjoyed the last part of the night.
Short sleep in the most beautiful hotel we ever had for the moment, and then plane at 10 am, boat at 2pm in Nice, and back to Corsica.
