The Gorgeous Hussies

Hey everyone,

We’ve got some big, big news. The Gorgeous Hussies have signed a 3-album record contract with Slothtrop Music out of Madison, Wisconsin. The label is going to release a four song EP this July, our full-length album this October, and a follow-up album in March 2010.

We’re really excited to be a part of Slothtrop Music. They’ve been great to work with so far. They’re a close-knit label who works personally with their artists and they’ve got some great ideas for us and our new record. They’re going to help us reach listeners nationwide and via radio and other media outlets. They’re going to take a lot of weight off our promotional-backs as we ramp up to tour fulltime throughout the western United States starting this July. They’re making an investment in us, and we hope when the new records come out you’ll be excited for these long awaited releases!

Luscious Ladies: Live DVD
==========================

Unless you’ve been under a rock, you’ve probably heard about our new live DVD coming out this June 27th titled Luscious Ladies. Everything is still on track to release the DVD on Saturday, June 27th at Salt Rock Coffee in Ogden, Utah. The video is dope, the audio sounds great, and the songs on the DVD are all brand spanking new TGH songs! The DVD will also include a documentary on the band and the idea behind the Luscious Ladies DVD. It’ll also include past live performances, never seen video footage from the road, and more!

Get out your phone and make sure to set an alert to send you a reminder on Saturday, June 27th at Salt Rock Coffee in Ogden. 7 PM. ALL AGES!!!

North West Tour 2009

We’re starting a North West Tour this July. It’ll take us throughout Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington (we’re also working in some dates into Montana for all you Montana-ins.) New dates are being added each week, but you can check out the current show dates now at www.myspace.com/thegorgeoushussies . Our new live show is off the hook! If you haven’t seen TGH in the last 6-months then you’ve got to come back out and see our new live songs and new live show. New!
