Run by Carey Lenehan
I run because I love the pain, I run for glory in the rain, Driven to masochistic heights, Every step a mental fight, I'm dying right here on my feet, along this endless city street, Because I know that when it ends, I will only want to run again.
Other runners jostle me, In this bounding coloured sea, My bones are burning in my skin, Every sinew stretched too thin, I run because I cannot find, A stopping place to calm my mind, I'm running to stay in the zone, When I run, I run alone.
With agony upon my face,
My muscles screaming at the pace,
Endorphins fuelling my ambition,
Fighting for a good position, I run because I want to win, I'm fit and strong and hard and thin, I'm driven onwards by a need, To run the world before I leave.

11.11.11 Lest We Forget by Carey Lenehan Here they stand, poppy breasted, silentheads bowed in ritualTo remember a generation lost to politicking, lunacy, rhetoric, lies, and the ravenous military leviathoncalled War.A million and more, bright potentials,Blown to kingdoms come and and gone, forever scorched, sundered, lost, forgotten, beneath the poppy fields, while the bomb makers grew fatand bought Bentleys. All those futures, Ripped, shredded and eliminated, survivors driven to the edge of their ownand our, humanitylives forever blightedby the dismal industry of deaththat is War.Lest we forget, so here we stand,Empty headed, full of regretbut still ready and willing to commit a fresh generation to the inferno,in ways ever more gruesomeand eternally dishonest. So fear not our lost generationfor we are sending another to keep you company,a wide-eyed, trusting youthwho do not remember the sufferingonly the glory of which they want a shareand so the warmongers shall upgradeto BugattisLest we forget. xxCarey

I would have made a big deal about my 100th blog, but I didn't notice until after I'd posted it so here's a small deal for the 101st.
Recent news reports are indicating a raising of Middle-Eastern tensions between Israel and Lebanon following the 'apprehension' by Israel of a ship loaded with weaponry en route to Hesbollah. Iran once again in the spotlight. Obama has sped through the completion of an order of 'bunker-buster' bombs in the wake of recent murmurings from the UN about reaching agreement with Iran on uranium enrichment and with troop meltdown and racial disharmony crippling a military already low on moral, there only seems to be one solution.... make more war. Isn't that what we all want?
Hands up who thinks Peace is coming any time soon?
On The Eve of War (Carey Lenehan ©
2002)
We're
bringing chaos to your lands, with loaded weapons in our hands
and tanks that leave a legacy of mutant children and disease.
We'll bring our
coca cola aims and play our sordid little games, for profit,
pride and arrogance, Illuminating our advance.

We do not like
the things you do, the threat you bring to our fast food, the
possibility you might stand up against us when we're right.
You don't fit in
with our beliefs, You look like murderers and thieves. We
cannot trust the things you say. We will not let you live your
way.
And then, we
need to pay you back for that terrorist attack. We’re well
aware it wasn't you, but it doesn't matter, you will do.
We've sold the world the fallacy
that you will take our Liberty,
threaten our whole society in all
its rich variety.

We're going to take your lives away,
change the way you have your say, ostensibly to ease your
toil,
with covert aims to own your oil.
And so we've come to change your lives,
annihilate your kids and wives.
We tell the world we're in the right
but all we want to do is fight.

XXCarey

New World Agenda by Carey Lenehan
I've come to the conclusion that the world's in such confusion that it's time to make a plan up for the future. I've been reading up on history, to try to solve the mystery of who did what to whom and when and where and how and why. It seems that Lenin wasn't Lenin, although nobody could tell him, that his golden plan for freedom got fundamentally peed on and in the end he just killed everyone.
So for years the wars were raging and the money men were staging the coup of coups to steal the world away It doesn't matter if they meant well, or all the ways they spent well, when only they could make the rules of play. From Paris to Berlin, London and Bejing, round the bloody world and back again, they traded lives and arms and drugs, these sophisticated thugs, invented fractional reserves ten times more than they were worth and bartered fake insurance with intent to steal the earth.
When the boom had surely busted, to these goons our wealth entrusted, they blew it all on monumental wars. And as the coffers all fell bare, with the gold that wasn't there now stashed away in Zurich and Dubai, it's just too much for them to take yet another slice of cake leaving nothing more than crumbs for you and I.
So, Here is my Agenda, for a better world than this. So far, so bad, I say, our leaders are remiss, they've forgotten all the promises they duly swore to keep, of equality and justice, or the worthy search for peace respect for life and liberty, or government accountability That's why, first on the agenda for my New World Strategy, will be to lie test every politician and all the damn police. Anyone who fails should be placed upon the Shuttle, fired into outerspace and consequently scuttled. Government officials would have to work for free and if they didn't want to, well that's just fine with me, I'll give the jobs to homeless folk and charitable types and people who'd campaigned to rescue human rights Second on the list is to abolish all the banks. Eradicate a world of debt and breath a sigh of thanks. Make usury a dirty word and illegal to boot, ban inflation from the nation, make compound interest moot We're living in a fake, financial, crock of total shit, trapped in other peoples rules and paying them for it There is no real reason, why products must cost more, why every penny that we earn buys less down at the store, it's nonsense that we all have to strive and fight for wealth when all we really want is happiness and good health The riches we aspire to, are killing our desire to care for those less fortunate or tolerate the poor. But it's not too late to clean the slate and end a world of sadness if only we can stop this banking power madness.
So now that we have honest men managing the State, and no more debt or poverty because of that clean slate It's time to fix the craziness of burning fossil fuels, and the closing down of OPEC is the third of my new rules. Oil, coal and 'natural' gas are poisoning the world. Nuclear's not much better but it's something I'd prefer, however, wind and sun, and all those waves, will power my new era, limitless power for ever more, can I make it any clearer? No more polluting diesel cars, we'll send them to the Moon, or Mars! My future uses Solar, hydrogen, water, air, technologies already there stashed away by Shell and all, to keep the planet under thrall and force the purchase of more oil, while the price is tweaked to rise and fall No More.
Fourth on the list, The pope must be sacked, and the wealth of ALL CHURCHES to be given right back to the poorest and neediest it should have supported, with all the stolen antiquities that it extorted and the millions and millions of dollars it makes on religious tat and Turin fakes. And not just the Vatican needs to be cleansed, I can think of a few others who should make amends, every Church with an offshore savings account or accumulated wealth of any amount, every pastor who cries for the blessing of God whilst coining it in and counting his wad, chuck them all on the Ark Royal and punt them to sea Ayatollah, Archbiship and the Holy See, Swami and Rabbi, Vicars and Ministers send them all seaward and don't let them in again
So now we have freedom from debt, guilt and crime We need to put all the weapons down the deepest coal mine, or find a volcano that's ready to pop and chuck all the nukes right into the top. With Cheney and Paulson chained to the lot. With my new manifesto now well under way, I shall think about how to tackle FAIR PAY to ensure that each of us is always paid what we're worth and that the lawyers and insurance men are purged from the earth, that nurses and carers are given their due, not taken advantage of by the privileged few. In my New World, those who give up the most, gain the highest rewards and the sought after posts. All the greedy and evil, we'll make them enrol , in groups like Avaricious Anonymous and Money Patrol Make them go cold turkey and wear hand-me-downs, second hand shoes and sleep on the ground. Take away their watches and wallets and cars Deny them entry to nice clubs and bars, make them eat 'Best Buy' baked beans for their dinner We can watch all the fat cats get thinner and thinner.
That's the start of the plan, carry on if you can, make a New World Agenda today. You are no less entitled to pitch for the job, with corruption endemic, you'd have to be God to stop what is happening from going ahead the theft of the planet is almost in bed and doubtless you're wondering what can still be done. But this is the future I'd bring everyone A happy utopia of the commonest sense and a fierce held intention to politically cleanse every last crooked fucker from the face of the Earth and reinvent the concept of real Human Worth.
Cringe if you will, but you know what i'm saying, there's no point moaning, whining or praying, None of us much likes the world this way, full of death and destruction, terror and pain and a whole lot of crooks always getting away with the fruits of our labour every damn day! We want to believe that our leaders are good, protecting our freedoms, not 'Boys-in-the-Hood', We want to enjoy a world that is fair, not only to us, to everyone, everywhere. We're sick of the lying, the stealing and more, we're sick of excuses for going to war, I'm done with your nonsense, I'm going my own way So feel free to join my New World Order today.

In This Hour - by Carey Lenehan
In this hour Categorized immigrants plod, hands filled with hope in two directions, with one expression Muted by dispossession and unsure whether they will emerge on the side of freedom, or despair.
In this hour Low flying stockbrokers fall into ruin whilst corrupt investment bankers massage their massive payoffs from the decks of superyachts and fondle shiftless sirens and their excess bonuses
In this hour Copper leaves drift relentlessly from brittle autumn trees falling with the grey children, exhausted by Darfur, tiny amps of current dispersing, lighting out, switching over, abandoning the world of colour for a place on the desert floor with Ethiopia treading the same path again.
In this hour, presidential overtones speak in tongues tangling sanity to a nest of snakes so profound that madness always reigns whilst the flooded and dispossessed share only one word. Survival No translator necessary
In this hour hearts begin to beat, icecaps break apart, forests expire, hope follows and unseen species cease relentlessly as a billion office wall clocks mark time with the tapping of keys and nothing changes whilst everything is different
In this hour All will be well, and all will be hell and all manner of things will stay the same until we choose to change, in this hour and the next.

Can
I?
by
Carey Lenehan
Can
I put the leaders of the world on trial, Force them to climb down
from their ashened pedastals and confess the wrongs they
have done to my world, in the name of Politics, Profit, Power
and Control? Can I stand as judge, jury and executioner, to
the godless hypocrites who have lost control of their
compassion and sold out to vanity?
Can I set literal traps
for them as they skulk their verminous paths, under the guise
of philanthropy? Can I?
Give me the eloquence to prise
loose their hold, over the trusting flock, to rescind their
crippling pursuit of the demon of wealth, to nullify their
overwhelming greed and halt the creeping fungus of deceit that
threatens to obliterate all hope and human optimism to a vague
electric memory?
Can I try, with the power of a keyboard
pen, to eradicate the subversive and self-serving, to rectify
all the evils they have done as they steal the future from our
children, whilst they gouge more riches from the bowels of
our planet and astound the dispossessed with their bottomless
avarice?
Would I clamber to the highest mountaintop and
shout my unceasing anger to the heavens, and if I did, would
it make a difference?

I don't normally post this kind of stuff, but it's clear that there's a lot of misinformation out there right now along with a great many people panicking about the idea of compulsory flu shots. Law enforcement officials in the US are starting to make noises about secret training to fit RFID bracelets and force vaccinations on people. French authorities also have in plan a mandatory vaccination program for every citizen, although given the normal attitude of the French to rules and government dictats, I wonder if they'll ever really be able to make it happen!
With this in mind, I wonder how many of us will actually resist when the guys with guns come to the door? Oh, I know there are a million Texans who will fight to the last man, but honestly, I don't plan on killing anyone just to avoid having my child vaccinated... I'll be mighty unhappy about it, but if it happens, then it's often good to have a B-Plan.... The following article details some of the measures you can take to reduce the effects of a dodgy shot. Might not save you from your brain turning to mush or your legs ceasing to work, but you never know... it just might.
So this is for those who realise that we can't all fight our way out of something we don't like the idea of. Seems these days once the ruling class get their heads stuck in a drain about some plan they have, whether it be killing innocent Afghanis, Iraqis, Palestinians or us in the name of Peace and International security, then we had better just put up and shut up. And get informed, of course...
So the following information is interesting and somewhat less hysterical than that which you will have been hearing from the entire idiot media recently. Read it. Inform yourselves. Be aware that whatever the media say, this Flu pandemic cannot and will not be like the 1912 flu pandemic unless we let it be turned into that by trusting the authorities to take care of us, our families and our futures. That'd be a bit like trusting a serial killer to take your kids to school now, wouldn't it?
By Dr. Russell Blaylock
"By 1853, Parliament began passing laws to make the untested
vaccine compulsory throughout the British Empire. Other countries of
Europe followed suit. Once the economic implications of compulsory
vaccinations were realized, few dared to disagree. Then, as now, the
media were controlled by the vaccine manufacturers and the government,
who stood to make huge money from the sale of these spurious
vaccines..."
Tim O'Shea, D.C.
What is in the Regular Flu Shot?
Egg proteins, including avian contaminant viruses
Gelatin, known to cause allergic reactions and anaphylaxis are usually associated with sensitivity to egg or gelatin
Polysorbate 80 (Tween80™), which can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis
Formaldehyde: a known carcinogen
Triton X100: a strong detergent
Resin, known to cause allergic reactions
Gentamycin, an antibiotic
Thimerosal: mercury is still in multidose vials
Analysis of material by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by Dr. Russell Blaylock. (September 5, 2009)
Critical Observations:
Doctor visits for flu are down from the level in April
Total flu hospitalizations are similar or lower than for seasonal flu (yearly flu)
The number of death secondary to flu and pneumonia is unchanged from yearly rate
Only
two states are reporting widespread infections -- Georgia and Alaska.
Other states report only regional or sporadic activity, meaning it’s
not very contagious.
There is no evidence that the virus has mutated at all anywhere in the world
The virus remains susceptible to the drugs Tamiflu and Relenza.
Only
43,771 cases have been reported in the United States. Because of poor
reporting the CDC estimates that true numbers indicate that one million
have been infected. Many people did not get sick enough to go to a
doctor. Likewise, not all people are tested who go to a doctor.
Of these 5,011 have been hospitalized and 302 have died.
Death Rates From the H1N1 Flu
If we use the 43,771 figure and 302 deaths that means the death rate is 0.6 percent, an extremely low death rate for any flu.
The percentage of hospitalized patients who died was 6 percent, again a very low incidence of death.
Since
the CDC estimates that one million have been infected, we must
recalculate death rates. Using this more accurate figure, the death
rate is in truth 0.03 percent, which means 99.97percent will not die
from this flu. Your chances of dying are incredibly low.
Age and Death Rates
We hear a lot about the unusual age distribution with this virus,
especially as regards death rates, with the young being more affected
than, as with seasonal flu, the elderly (90% of deaths are usually
among those greater than 65 years old). The risks of becoming infected
are as follows:
Ages 5 to 24 y/o--------26.7 per 100,000 (0.027%)
Ages 0 to 4 y/o ---------22.9 per 100,000 (0.023%)
Ages 25 to 49-----------6.97 per 100,000 (0.0069%)
Ages 50 to 64 y/o------3.9 per 100,000 (0.0039)
Over 65 y/o-------------1.3 per 1000,000 (0.00013%)
And the risk of needing to be hospitalized are:
Ages 0 to 4 y/o---------0.0045%
Ages 5 to 24 y/o--------0.0021%
Ages 25 to 45 y/o------0.0011%
Over 65 y/o-------------0.0017%
This indicates that for all age groups, the risk of being
hospitalized are far less than 1 percent and well over 99 percent of
people will not need hospitalization.
This explains why this infection is being downplayed by the
virologists themselves, the ones who know most about the dangers of
viruses.
The distributions of death also vary considerably by age. Below is the distribution of deaths according to age.
Ages 25-49 y/o---------41%
Ages 50 to 64 y/o-----24%
Ages 5 to 24 y/o------16%
Over age 65 y/o------- 9%
Ages 0 to 4 y/o-------- 2%
So, we see that the greatest death rates in the extremely small
fraction that die are between ages 25 to 49 and 65 percent are between
ages 25 to 64.
The least likely to die are babies up to age 4 years, yet they are
targeted for vaccination and as we see from the above data, children
below age 2 years get absolutely no protection from the flu vaccines.
Analysis of the New Government Projections to the Media
If we analyzed it according to the worst case scenario released by the government we see far lower figures than being projected:
They say 150 million Americans will be infected. That is 150 X as
many as now infected, and represents a much larger figure than now
estimated with a 6 to 6.5 percent of a localized population.
For the United States itself with a population slightly over 300
million, their figures indicate a 50 percent infection rate. There is
nothing to indicate such a high infectivity rate from the past 7 months
of analysis.
It should also be appreciated that the infections will not occur all
at once, but will slowly evolve, as we have seen thus far, meaning that
at any one time a much smaller amount of Americans will be infected --
which also reduces the numbers who will require hospitalizations at any
one time, and who will need ICU care.
As far as the number that will need hospitalization, the Government
now says there will be 1.8 million people hospitalized, of which
300,000 may need ICU treatment.
If we use the existing data we see that the numbers are quite
different. At the time the data was taken, 303 people out of one
million infected died and 5,011 needed hospitalization. This means a
projected hospitalization incidence of 750,000 and a death rate of
45,000 deaths. Remember, this is using their data applied to the
outrageously high figure of 50% of the population being infected --
that is, 150 million people.
If the infection rate is 6 percent, as all the studies have shown thus far, we see much smaller numbers.
Instead of 150 million infected we see 18 million infected. Using
these more realistic figures we can estimate a hospitalization rate of
90,000 and a projected death incidence of 5436.
Again, it is important to keep in mind that the infections will be
evolving and not all at once as both sets of figures seem to imply. If
we spread this over several months and waves of the infection, we see
that at any one time the hospitalizations will be a much smaller
number, as will the deaths.
Thus far, there have been nationwide 2,000 hospitalizations a month and 99 deaths a month.
Certainly the hospitals in the United States can handle the
increase. In the United States we have 5,759 hospitals containing
955,000 beds and 70,000 ICU beds. Most hospitalized people will not
require intensive care. Most are suffering from dehydration and only
required IV fluid infusion.
It should also be appreciated that most pediatric deaths and elderly
deaths will occur early in the epidemic because the chronically ill and
immune suppressed will become infected early. Therefore one would
expect the deaths to rise initially and then fall as the infection
spreads as we see from this graph:
In this chart we see that the hospitalization rates are actually lower for the swine flu than in previous seasons.
In this graph we see that the hospitalization rates were either
lower or barely above the seasonal flu admissions in the previous two
years.
We can see from the CDC’s own data that the hospitalization rates
and death rates are no higher, in fact they are significantly lower,
than the previous two to three flu seasons.
It is obvious that the Government is using “scare tactics” to
promote vaccine use in the United States and that the pharmaceutical
makers of vaccines are in bed with these officials.
The public should be outraged.
Why Do Some Die From Such a Mild Virus?
As stated by the virologists, this virus is no more a danger than
the seasonal virus that visits each year and actually seems to be much
weaker.
One may also note from the CDC’s own data, the previous nonsense
about 36,000 dying from the seasonal flu every year is pure fiction. We
have had a little over 400 deaths nationwide over the past 5 months,
nowhere near the 36,000 figure screamed from the airwaves and our TV
sets, yet the public is in a state of panic.
So, why are some dying from this virus?
What is little understood by the general public is that the only
reason people die from the flu is that they have either an immune
suppressing chronic illness, such as diabetes, direct immune
dysfunction, dietary deficiencies of critical immune-supporting
nutrients, chronic pulmonary disease, heart disease or cancer.
Smoking powerfully suppresses immunity as well as damages lungs, and
we know that smokers are much more likely to suffer complications and
die than non-smokers.
Excess dietary omega-6 fats (corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean,
peanut and canola oils) also severely weaken immunity. The EPA
component of omega-3 oils also powerfully suppresses immunity.
A study by the CDC found that 32 percent of children dying from H1N1
flu had asthma, when the incidence of asthma in the general population
was 8 percent. Two thirds of the children who died had neurological
disorders, such as seizures and cerebral palsy.
So, the vast majority of children who are dying have one of a number
of chronic health conditions, yet the media gives us the impression
that perfectly healthy children are dying.
A recent study of why so many died during the 1918 flu pandemic
found that most of the deaths were secondary to bacterial pneumonia and
not the flu virus itself. In 1918 hospitals had little to offer a sick
patient -- there were no antibiotics, other than sulfur drugs, no IV
fluids and no respirators -- all they could offer was a warm bed and
aspirin.
It was also disclosed that the number of flu-related deaths among children was lower this year than the previous two years.
What are the Virologists Saying?
Virologists are scientists who study viruses -- their
classification, their genetics, methods of spread and their ability to
cause disease. No one knows more about this virus than the virologists.
The British science magazine, The New Scientist, recently polled 60
virologists to get their opinion. These are the results of specific
questions:
Will the virulent version of the virus appear?
Extremely likely-----------------none
Likely----------------------------5
A 50/50 chance----------------- 14
Possible-------------------------- 38
Not at all--------------------------3
What the virologists are doing personally
Stock Tamiflu or Relinza-----------------14
Stock above plus antibiotics------------- 6
Stock food, water and power source----5
Get pneumococcal vaccine---------------3
Nothing------------------------------------ 30
Hand washing, mask, etc--------------- 3
Notice there was no mention of taking the swine flu vaccine.
Behind the push to vaccinate the entire population are the
pharmaceutical makers of the vaccines, who are working in conjunction
with the government to make the vaccine mandatory.
Homeland security and FEMA are pushing for forced vaccinations and
the medical experts, virologists and epidemiologists are calling for
calm and resorting to voluntary vaccination only. The former have links
with the vaccine manufacturers via political contacts. A great deal of
money will be made by the manufacturers, should forced vaccinations be
mandated.
Will This Vaccine Be Tested?
According to Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of
Allergy and Infectious Diseases, 5 tests are planned. It is not clear
as to the use of the squalene adjuvants, ASO3 and MF-59.
Because of concerns raised, the FDA is now hedging. Independent
studies of squalene used as a vaccine adjuvant indicates that it is
associated with a very high incidence of autoimmune diseases, such as
an MS-like neurological syndrome, rheumatoid joint disease and
especially Lupus.
The developer of MF-59 is Chiron pharmaceuticals, which was
purchased by Novartis pharmaceutical company, who will be the main
supplier of the swine flu vaccine for the world. According to Dr.
Fauci, testing in both children and adults will be without this
adjuvant and he admits that we have no data on the safety in
children.(See Nature Vol 460/30 July 2009, p 562 for the interview.)
There are 5 tests scheduled for safety before mass vaccinations will
resume. I looked up on clinicaltrials.gov the actual studies being
done. It is instructive to note that the only studies actually being
done do not contain any adjuvant (the immune booster) either for babies
or adults. Yet, when the mass vaccinations begin, the vaccines will
have adjuvant added, possibly squalene.
The real irony here is that this is the same bait and switch game they played in the 1976 swine flu vaccine disaster.
They tested one vaccine and gave a different one during the mass vaccinations.
Here we go again. Over 500 people were paralyzed with Guillain Barre
disorder. The incidence was much higher, because it was not a
reportable disease. And over 300 people died, which is also a very low
figure.
Dr. Fauci admits that they have no idea what will happen when they
mix the three viruses from the vaccines together or when they are given
sequentially. When he was asked if the results of the studies would be
reviewed by the health authorities, he answered, “yes, except for those
done by the Novartis company.”
He justified this secrecy by saying that Norvartis had a very
advanced testing system, which was done “in-house” -- that is, in
secrecy.
It is also important to appreciate that this vaccine has been
fast-tracked, meaning that many of the usual safety precautions used to
prevent contamination of the vaccines will be overlooked by the
regulatory agencies.
According to a number of studies, vaccine contamination is
widespread, with vaccines containing pestivirus, mycoplasma, viral
fragments, DNA fragments and bacterial components, all of which can
produce chronic systemic disorders, cancer, neurologic diseases and
even slow brain degeneration.
The Following was composed by Dr. Russell Blaylock as a method
to reduce autoimmune reactions to the flu vaccines only. Do not use
this if you have the flu itself. These are just general observations
and not medical advice. You should work with your doctor for a specific
program.
Treatment for Toxic Vaccine Exposure
Place a cold compress on the site of the
injection immediately after the injection and continue this as often as
possible for at least two days. If symptoms of fever, irritability,
fatigue or flu-like symptoms reoccur -- continue the cold compresses
until they abate. A cold shower or bath will also help.
Take
fish oils -- I recommend the Norwegian fish oil made by Carlson Labs --
it has the correct balance of EPA and DHA to reduce the cytokine storm.
The dose is one tablespoon a day -- if severe symptoms develop -- two
tablespoons a day until well and then switch to one tablespoon a day.
Children -- one teaspoon a day.
Curcumin,
quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid as a mixture -- the first two
must be mixed with extravirgin olive in one teaspoon. Take the mix
three times a day (500 mg of each)
Vitamin E (natural form) 400 IU a day (high in gamma-E)
Vitamin C 1000 mg four times a day
Zinc 20 mg a day for one week then 5 mg a day
Avoid
all immune stimulating supplements (mushroom extracts, whey protein)
except beta-glucan -- it has been shown to reduce inflammation,
microglial activation and has a reduced risk of aggravating
autoimmunity, while increasing antiviral cellular immunity.
Take a multivitamin/mineral daily (one without iron -- Extend Core)
Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules three times a day
Vitamin D3:
All Children -- 5000 IU a day for two weeks after vaccine then 2000 IU a day thereafter
Adults -- 20,000 IU a day after vaccine for two weeks then 10,000 IU a day thereafter
Take 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium citrate a day for adults and 250 mg a day for children under age 12 years.
Avoid all mercury-containing seafood
Avoid omega-6 oils (corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils)
Blenderize parsley and celery and drink 8 ounces twice a day

In the news today...
BAGHDAD – The brother of the Iraqi reporter jailed for throwing his
shoes at former President George W. Bush says the man will not be
released Monday as planned due to paperwork processing delays.
Muntadhar al-Zeidi's family had gathered at dawn outside an Iraqi army base in central Baghdad where he was expected to be released from prison.
After
waiting more than five hours, his brother Dargham said he received a
phone call from al-Zeidi telling him he would not be released until
Tuesday because of the delays.
The family said it will stage a sit-in outside the base Tuesday until he is released, and called for other Iraqis to join them.
Al-Zeidi's act of protest last December made the little-known reporter an instant hero across the Arab world.
(Associated Press) Just to remind you of the reason why he was locked up for almost a year... Kiss My Shoes, Mr Bush! - by Carey LenehanSee these shoes, Mr Bush, these worn brown loafers I hurl with disdain, at your head? They represent how I feel about you, about your self-induced war against me and my kind. In throwing them, I spit on your lies and the all encompassing arrogance with which you rob us of our right to govern ourselves as we choose. See these shoes, Mr Bush? I want to walk in these shoes, across the military arena of your face but only once I have walked long and far through the shattered streets of Baghdad and covered the soles of these shoes in the blood, shit and death which is all that is left there With these shoes, I want to stamp out the stain of your Presidency, pound, curse, rub your dust into the unkind ground of the sterile Eden you created and contracted out to your friends Where once Gods walked now the Empress of time lies ruined, raped, crucified and prostrate before your God called Greed See these shoes Mr Bush? In these shoes I have followed your path of chaos around the globe. Everywhere your hand has touched, lives are ruined Every story you make up to keep the sheep asleep, takes peace and freedom from others and crushes them beneath American jackboots. In these shoes, I have lost friends, relatives faith and hope following the tangled web of lies you spew of Al Quaida, of Bin Laden, and how Iraq is just part of the problem you were ordained to solve In these shoes Mr Bush, I listen to the way you change the words of peace and turn them into threats how you label every A-Rab a raghead without knowing how our histories are shared how our religions mirror each other and how much more I believe, than you do See these shoes Mr Bush Inschallah, the next pair may well blow up in your face and we will be able to wipe you up as I have wiped up children, parents, daughters and sons from the streets of my world, in a war, created by you to enrich yourself further while impoverishing them These shoes cost me much, and I shall lose much more in the throwing But what you don't see, is how much I gain, for, where I come from, this demonstrates that I think less of you than the dirt beneath my feet. For you have borne us into a world of pain and we shall be a long time in the suffering See these shoes Mr Bush? Kiss them. Start walking. I wonder how long it will take them to feel the same way about Barack Obama... XXC

I've been following this healthcare debate thing you've got going on over there now, that and the whole 'Obama spoke to schoolkids' row...shockhorrorhohum... I'm sitting here shaking my head, wondering how mad you all have to get before you actually realise you've lost the plot... How can a country like the USA have so many people in it who seem to have learned to read, write and use a computer, but never learned how to think straight? I'm aghast... yes, that's AGHAST with an H.
Here's what this Brit poet thinks and I'm really hopeful that, rather than wallop me with yet more Yankee Madness, someone's going to tell me something positive because I'm looking, but I'm just not seeing..
Anyway, this is my two cents worth. And before any of you get crazed about it, please remember, that once you may also have had a sense of humour.... :D XXCarey
America Gets Crazy Flu - by Carey Lenehan
When did America lose its mind? I'm sorry, I must have missed it. Somewhere between the triumph of Omaha Beach and the disaster of Beverley Hills 90210 Somewhere between Steve McQueen's Great Escape and OJ Simpson's fall from grace, juxtaposed between John Wayne's True Grit and Arnie's inconstant Terminator, the great US of A, caught the Crazy Flu, and like any virus it's spreading...
When did balance and intelligence flee US shores, like rats of reason leaving behind proud H.A.T.R.I.O.T.S and R.A.C.I.S.T.S, who would rather see the suffering masses dying unfed, labelling them wasters and parasites than pay a penny of their hard won dollars to care for them, yet still have the balls to call themselves civilised 'Christians'? Somewhere between Hiroshima and Hurricane Katrina, y'all became, fearful children clinging to the skirts of sanity comforted only by exponentially corruptive politics of spin and sucky beliefs.
When did common sense escape American minds and run screaming for cover? Somewhere between Vietnam and 9/11 perhaps, all good reason set sail on its Mayflower in search of greener pastures and purpler mountains leaving in its place, a sacriligeous vacuum filled with bigotry, selfishness and senseless anger. Where once was a shining light, now there exists a morass of fevered minds fuelled, mostly, by the desire for revenge at any cost.... offering the world little more to see than a million incompatible viewpoints, each more bonkers than the last.
I must have looked away just a little too long for when I looked back across the pond that Land of the Free I was raised to respect, because, you know, you helped us win the War... had become chained and bound, in the name of Liberty, and the pursuit of a bogus War on Terror. Now it is you who are imprisoned by radicalism trapped in a cage of greed and selfish ignorance, too long indoctrinated by wackos, swaying political fashion, religious fanaticism and the unwitting desire to idolise the famous no matter how foolish or frivolous Paris Hilton might be...
Where did my America go? That one which once fought for freedom and now fights wars for greed and tyranny, killing women and children for being un-American, bringing with brutality, their strange democracy to a world that doesn't really want or (quite honestly) need what you have to offer, where US troops, piss on prisoners of war and deny them basic human rights, considering them 'less than human'. Tell me, what is less human than that?
How did the Yanks, with their big ol' Chieftan tanks get so lost in the wilderness, out there in the sand storms of other deserts? Trading oil and poppies that don't belong to them, telling everyone they know best when they no longer seem to know, anything much at all, least of all which side is right or wrong, or even understand that Evolution is not a dirty word because their own D-Evolution has been too long allowed?
What happened to the Home of the Brave because, Say, all I see are frightened sheeple of low esteem always looking for the quick fix, like plastic surgery for the personality not realising, that the world does not trust them to be in charge, anymore? Now the rational voices of the sane and reasoned are drowned by the banshee wail of 100 million crazies, all with a platform to stand on, and I can only ask what the hell are they teaching them in school?
Paranoia, fear, anger, jealousy and hatred, these are the things I see when I look at the land where free speech became a club to batter your enemies and a reason to get you locked up without charge, indefinitely... where human rights are less important than lawyers, where surveillance means the eradication of trust... Yup, American Crazy Flu. It's a killer... and like any virus, it's spreading....

Ode to Michael Jackson by Carey Lenehan
 So, Farewell then Jacko,
the final encore sung The last crotchgrab done The final incisions closed, on a life of extremes There is no doubt that you were off the wall and as barmy as a bagful of badgers but unlike the white boys who copied you at least you really could dance. What a shame then that you couldn't find peace within your own skin and know you were not alone and that it would always have been okay to just be yourself.

No more must you face your unhappy and changing face or suffer the slings and arrows of outrageously low self esteem which made you cut yourself off from a world that wouldn't leave you alone because, honestly, most people thought it would be pretty cool to live in Neverland even if the media always seemed to be giving you a hard time. So now it is you who is gone too soon although some might say you've already been gone awhile.

And as for all that stuff they said about you sleeping in a glass coffin and touching up little boys I think in general you did more good than harm and deserved better press So beat it then, you smooth criminal who helped many people make that change, but who didn't heal the world and even if there was less thriller in you than there should have been for the last twenty years The world will still tap feet come together and rock with you for evermore

So RIP then, Mike Moonwalk your way to a better place. It's probably for the best that you never grew up, that you could be remembered for what you were and not what you would have become. I'm sorry about the way we made you feel but at least now you will stay the little boy who blamed it on the boogie and rocked our world who need scream no more for at least the endless pain of your difficult reality is over now, whilst for the rest of us the beat goes on....
Had to include the following three complete videos choc full of all the usual wacky Jacko mind-blowing extravagance but I defy you to try not to tap your feet to at least one of them. You may of course either skip... or enjoy...

This came on an email round robin and is just so very reminiscent of how the French deal with things that go wrong, I couldn't resist posting it.....
This
brand spanking new Airbus 340-600, the largest passenger
airplane ever built, sits just outside its hangar in Toulouse ,
France without a single hour of airtime.
Enter
the Arab flight crew of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT)
to conduct pre-delivery tests on the ground, such as engine
run-ups prior to delivery to Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi
..
The
ADAT crew taxied the A340-600 to the run-up
area.
Then
they took all four engines to takeoff power with a virtually
empty aircraft. Not having read the run-up manuals,
they had no clue just how light an empty A340-600 Really
is.
The
takeoff warning horn was blaring away in the cockpit because
they had all 4 engines at full power.
The
aircraft computers thought they were trying to take off, but it
had not been configured properly (flaps/slats,
etc..)
Then
one of the ADAT crew decided to pull the circuit breaker on the
Ground Proximity Sensor to silence the alarm. This fools
the aircraft into thinking it is in the
air. The
computers automatically released all the Brakes and set the
aircraft rocketing forward.
The
ADAT crew had no idea that this is a safety
feature and, presumably, hadn't thought to ask what all the noise was about...
Which made a bit of a mess, you might say...
Not
one member of the seven-man crew was smart enough to
throttle back the engines from their max power setting, so the
$200 million brand-new Aircraft crashed into a blast barrier. No need to ask which one came off worst...
The
extent of injuries to the crew is unknown due to the news
blackout in the major media in France and
elsewhere. Toulouse isn't very far from here, practically local in fact, but it hasn't been a subject of major discussion where I live and, believe me, I never heard the bang... they even managed to sound proof that, and this from a nation which celebrates the ability to go supersonic over my house four days a month.... As long as they have pilots who know how to fly, of course....
Coverage
of the story was probably suppressed due to extreme embarrassment of such a DARWINIAN FAIL. Sometimes men simply have too much pride...
Finally,
the photos are starting to leak out.
*****Airbus
$200 million aircraft meets retaining wall and the wall
wins****** Priceless!!

We ran in the same streets but we walk in different worlds You and I, poles apart, thinking, not thinking about understanding each other, no chance of ever seeing eye to eye Equality unequally distributed, you see you at the top of the food chain, whereas I, a mere reflection of yourself, am somewhere down deep in the pond
Skin, stature, sex, sin, sisterhood, you will never see what I see, only the walls of the world that fence you in to conformity with me on the outside because I, dressed in the threads of exception, find conformity too straight a jacket
You see the world numerical, divisible, distributable, Whereas I, who came from the earth and never left, perceive symbiosis, unity, the absolute art of the whole, that radiant goddess from whom you cut chunks and pretend there flows no blood
You cannot make us alike because of a deed, a slash of pen on paper You drown in incomprehension as we circle each other swimming in different waters, bound only by a name, same same, but different
You have lost the real world, as you count profits and study the Nasdaq, allergic to green grass and fresh air but I am still living there, treading the wet earth between my toes, watching the seasons change, listening to the fading heartbeat of your cash cow
My earth will take me back when I am done but where will you go to, my brother? Will you be divisible too? Will your company count your profit and loss and the trees mourn your passing? Will the pipelines shed a tear, will your office be refilled with a clone of you? Will we be equal? Can you ever... be my equal?

The Great British Government Expenses Fraud
Is it Fraud, or just an error of judgement?….

British
Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Maclean Darling, a politician
with a name so ill-fitting you wonder how anyone ever took him
seriously and if that might be the reason why he seems so driven to
condescend, has repaid his immoral expenses claim but will face no
charges because ‘he didn’t really do anything wrong’.
So, why pay it
back? If the rules said he could have it, what’s the problem?
After all,
it was only a few hundred pounds, nothing much, barely a microbe in the
pond where cleaning your moat or damp-proofing your boyfriend's house
for thousands was also ‘within the rules’, but it is still a sad
indictment of the kind of people we elect to represent us, and although
he is the most high profile, he is still just one in a myriad of
venerable souls who all thought that they were above standard
definitions of morality and entitled to fiddle the public purse as they
pleased.
Dozens of them.
All elected and paid for by the average
British working taxpayer.
Benefit fraud….? I suspect we’ll never know
but it looks that way from where I’m standing…
Outrageous? No doubt. Unacceptable? Well… you would have thought so, wouldn’t you?

Except that
we will accept it, we will swallow it down like a hunk of rotting beef
rather than go hungry or take action to find fresh, uncorrupted meat
for the future.
After all, deep down, if ever we get the chance,
wouldn’t we all do the same thing? Aren’t the trappings of wealth what
we should all be aspiring too? The moat, the bespoke duckhouse, the
gilt monogrammed well cover…. aren’t these all things that everyone who
is rich should have?
So why don’t we all have them?
Why are we still
living in a world of can-have-will-haves and can’t-haves?
What went
wrong with the ‘trickle down’ economics about which we were all so
optimistic/dubious, but also powerless to prevent?
Sadly I’m
forced, once again, to wonder just how many of the world’s outwardly
respectable leadership are no more than petty thieves and liars
troughing at the bucket for anything they can get, damn their
principles and their constituent voters.
After all, we, the masses, are
simply too stupid, too easily led, to blind and too deluded by wealth
to expect better, aren’t we?
Perhaps it’s time we read the barn
wall and realised that the writing up there has changed. The sheep
might bleat, ‘four legs good, two legs better’, but they would be wrong,
a pig is still a pig no matter how much single malt it drinks….
All our hopes for a world built on
integrity and excellence slip further into the capitalist mire by the
day. One can only shrug one’s shoulders and wonder if there is anyone
left to blame…..
Trickle Down Blame in the Church of the Poisoned Kind by Carey Lenehan
In the midst of ephemeral recession,
each must ask themselves why….
why is how,
for against better reason, one thing is clear;
It is we, the working classes who,
with exquisite mediocrity,
during the rampant rule of
triumphant exploitative principle,
fail to grasp the generous opportunity afforded us
by the wealthy,
to improve our impoverishment
and catch the trickles we were fed
when wealth became too great,
for the rich to hold in their hands.
Had we worked harder,
sold our souls more readily,
cast aside morality
and valued wealth over life,
as they have so long done,
some paltry portion of their richesse
would have come to us
as a faltering drip,
like phlegm from a hayfevered nose,
a taste of the other,
a glimpse of utopia,
flat screen TV’s,
greener grass to gaze at and wish fervently for
but
because value has so corrupted
and in these days of quantitive easing,
where 1 + 1 equals 5,
on a derivative scale,
instead of trickled down wealth,
we have only to receive
the trickled down blame
from the venerable sermonisers
of the Church of the Poisoned Kind.

IT MUST BE SPRING!! Having been accused recently of being a bit depressing with my doomladen poems and constant political whingeing, thought I'd post this humerous little nugget I found when trawling the BBC website for conspiracy theories...... this is the kind of thing you just couldn't make up....Woman called Nutt over-run by squirrels
A woman in Northern Ireland says her home has been over-run by grey squirrels. Oonagh Nutt, from Moira in County Down, says the animals first came into her garden from an adjoining park six years ago, but in the last 18 months they got too close for comfort.
"I thought it was lovely, I called one of them Hazel but then the next thing they'd got into the house," she said. Mrs Nutt says the squirrels have caused serious damage: "They chewed their way through my roof in several places, they tunnel through the cavity walls, they live under the floor boards, they go to the toilet in the attic.
"Up close they are quite frightening - they look like puppy dogs with big hands, they growl and bark at you, they're vicious things. They'll go for you."
"I have a small child in the house and regularly at night the scratching and chewing and moving about will wake him up."
Mrs Nutt says she's spent thousands of pounds trying to tackle the problem.
"I've had pest control round putting poison down in the roof space and travel routes through the house. But then they died inside the cavity walls and the house is infested with flies. It's a nightmare.
"We've had squirrel catchers, traps, lights, sonar. Everything but the kitchen sink."
Mrs Nutt is unhappy with the attitude of her local council to the pest problem.
"I rang Lisburn City Council three times and have been told in short to go away. They say they're not a pest so there's nothing they can do."
Guessing they must be thinking she's a bit of a nutter.....
In other news, I'm not sure whether to be reassured, amused or horrified by the reports that the USA is running out of ammunition.
Apparantly since the inauguration of Obama, US gun shops, most notably in the Midwest, have had a run on guns and are selling ammo faster than suppliers can make it....
Tell me why it is that little old ladies from Utah need 5000 rounds of Semi-automatic shells? Perhaps Mrs Oonagh Nutt needs to know.... XXC It Must be Spring by Carey Lenehan
It's spring again, here's how I know Sunshine through the dirty window, dirt not noticed before today, with the sky that non-invasive grey, dirt that I now have to clean if my garden's to be seen. It must be spring, for as before, new puppies are playing on my bathroom floor, Cat's sunning on the window ledges and hawthorn blossom in all the hedges.
I'm mowing the lawn, it must be Spring, with all the daisies on the march again. I can hear the cuckoos from the wood It's putting me in a 'springy mood', while the Brimstone butterflies flutter-by beneath that sunny springtime sky and even though there's a way to go before there's not a chance of snow, before the winter is really done, today it feels like Spring has sprung.
Poisson d'Avril......? ;)
