So here are a few things to keep you ears occupied until I get this EP of mine done.. Yes, I really am working on my album. I have a fantastic Producer who has taken on the wonderful task of helping me get these songs in order and in perfect condition. All I can say is that the music is SOUL FULL SOUL FULL SOUL FULL.

First up there are a couple mixed tapes for my lovers of hip-hop that I have songs on. One is by my man Dela featuring his amazing productions. The song featured is called "It's Love" which was remixed by Dela a couple years back and originally produced by Japan's own Dj Tonk. You can check this link to get your free download.

Atmosphere Airlines Vol. 2

Second update of the day is by my man Illmind another incredible producer and Dub MD. This mixed tape features all kinds of hip-hop greatness Diamond D, Scarface, Che Grand, Talib Kweli and many more. The song I am featured on is called "Champions" and it also features Rakka Iriscience (Dilated Peoples) Jern Eye (Lunar Heights) and Karim (Boom Bap). Here is the link for your loading pleasure.

Gosh I love these moments when I have my periods of frustration with my art, then I create something, then start re-visiting video footage of my friends and inspirations creating music that further continues my creative process. I was on my friend and insane Drummer J1's myspace page, and stumbled upon a video of Dj Primo and Nutz with Pupillo on the drums from Brazil doing a tribute piece for J-dilla. I've seen this footage so many times.. beyond me why I never thought to post it.

No time like the present.

So a wonderful and talented Singer Songwriter and good friend of mine that goes by the name Holmes. Played this song that you are about to hear for me a few months back, I loved it from the first note, and was so excited when I got an email from him letting me know that he had put together a video for it. I thought it only fitting to post up after my most recent post on Monsanto (see below)
