Footage from the Ottobar's Nerdcore show on December 10th, 2008. MC Lars and YTCracker were asked to freestyle about White Rappers Hating Art Fight. While some white rappers actually might, this was expressed out of respect. In anticipation for Super Art Fight on December 20th, the freestyle was good fun.

There was tons of footage shot during Super Art Fight in September. This video highlights the great attractions seen at the event. Unfortunately, the Wheel of Death was not showcased in this cut and some of the show commentary was cut due to the mixing with the DJ. A longer cut is being edited currently and I will post that as soon as I can get it! For now though, kick back and witness the night that unfolded.

Jami (angryzenmaster.com) and I will be at Anime USA this weekend as a guest of Peelander-Z! I still don't have all the details yet but there will be live art jams as well as sweet music jams. Hopefully they will all happen at once still. Conventions can be nuts.

I can't tell you when we will be with the band but, I can tell you if you see the band, there is a good chance I will be with them. Keep your eyes peeled. I will try to take lots of fun pictures for those not in attendance.

Time to make some more arts! Last I heard, we were drawing live behind the band while they were performing. That could be wrong since I haven't been given all the details yet. However, if we are not on stage while the music portion is happening, you can bet that Peelander Yellow will most likely be drawing with us somewhere. Probably during one of their panels.

Pain of Being Dead 2: BALTIMONSTER ! Art show, live music and costume contest: Friday, October 24th, 8 p.m. at 14 North Ave, directly next to The Windup. 14 North Avenue is a gigantic gallery space (with 6,600 white-walled feet!!!) directly next to The Windup on North Ave. Pain of Being Dead II: Baltimonster! is one of the first events to be held in this forthcoming exhibition and performance space. The only instructions contributing artists were given was, "make it monster." Come check out the mad resulting endproducts and hear some scary live music from The Survivors of Camp Crystal Lake, We Are the Seahorses, and Mr. Moccasin. Enter the costume contest, for best overall and best monsterfied Hon, and experience Halloween in a new space! Tsushimamire plays powerpuff girls music for the upcoming cartoon network show. Hear the music before the show!

Dead of Summer will be ending this October. It's been fun but, it's time to write the new album, so to speak. The way DoS has been crafted is very fast food. I sit down the night before a comic is due, spend an hour or two working on an image and then it goes to web. It's that simple.

With a schedule catering to updates rather than quality, I got stuck. As an artist, I need to explore different avenues. I have had a blast with Dead of Summer but like natural cycles through life, it has run it's course. More updates will follow as the end of October approaches. We still have over a month of comics and updates. I don't want to tell the story before it's over.

In the meantime, meet characters from the up and coming comic: Art Fight High School. Yeah, I know I'm throwing Art Fight all over the place lately. For the comic though, keep this in mind. I will focusing on the quality of my pages. The comic will be in color and updates will be twice weekly. Here is a sneak peek of the villains. Enjoy!

Tomorrow (Thursday Sept 25th) Jami "Angry Zen Master" Noguchi and myself will be doing and art jam on big canvas with none other than Peelander Yellow, himself. P-Yellow has done some comic art too so it will be a great honor to share a space with him.
