Khâos and Nÿx have began recording the debut CD for Raven X. The process has been
very difficult due to lineup changes and problems finding the right musicians
to perform the material that has been written for the CD.After numerous tryouts,we
have decided to record the CD on our own without the help of other musicians. All
instruments will be recorded by Khâos and all vocals will be recorded by Nÿx.
Due to the fact that we are recording everything ourselves,the process is taking much
longer than expected.Basic drum and bass tracks have been completed and we are beginning to record the guitar tracks. We are very happy with the progress that has been made to this point and we are looking forward to finishing the CD. We are hoping to finish
recording by the end of the year and we are shooting for a release date around Valentine's day.We appreciate the patience that everyone has had in waiting for the CD.
At this time we are not actively seeking a drummer and/or bass player,but we do plan to
bring in other musicians for live shows after the CD is finished.Anyone interested in
playing drums or bass for live shows can contact us through our Myspace page or at
ravenxonline@yahoo.com for more details.
