Hey listeners-
There is something going around town. There is a desire to come together. There is a common desire to get somewhere new, collectively. There is a desire to make something out of nothing. There is a desire to find the space to create; both together as a whole and individually on our own. If we were all to unite and support all the venues and artists in town, we would all experience improvement and growth; again, as a whole and individually. We should try this.

Salem Ashtray - they’re doing great benefit shows once a month at the keizer lions hall.
Stringer Throws Shows - Jason Stringer brings in some cool touring bands and throws fun local shows.
A.Yeager Booking - Angela Yeager has some great ideas for live music in Salem, wanting to progress the scene.
Salem Music Scene - a myspace to find out all about our shows/venues/bands.
Space Craft - salem event production and supporters of our local scene.
Dropkick Promotions - willing to help with show ideas, wanting to support salem’s music movements.
Red Crown Review - freddy does photography and reviews on local bands and artists.
Salem Monthly - publication to help us promote and spread the word.
Ranch Records - our local music store.
Radio Free Salem - Local station that’s going to play all of the good local stuff!
Cherry City Revolution - culture shock puts it well here. read the revolution they seek.
All of these links are individuals’ links to different places in this town, but they are all linked together. we are all in the same town, and we can make it what we want it to be. get plugged in to all of these venues and check it out and be involved. see what they have going on. listen to and support new bands. write your own music, paint your own pictures, write your own thoughts. lets be ourselves, together.
