The original 3 piece line up that recorded The Milwaukees record Missile Command will be playing in support of Small Am at Maxwells in Hoboken NJ on Feb. 21st.

Scott Pohlman (drummer) and David Post (bass) will join Dylan Clark for a one night stand. The idea has been kicking around for a while and when local musician/actor Val Emmich got his old band Ben Travato back together for the show, it seemed like the perfect night to do it.

The guys are planning to play songs off of Missile Command and Sunset and Sunrise. The last show they ever played as a three piece was ten years ago during the recording of Missile Command.

This is a can't miss for the fans of the college days of this band.

There is no comment from the original lineup about the show.

At the moment we are hard at work finishing up the tracks for American Anthems vol. 2.
We are working once again with producer Wayne Dorrell at The Pigeon Club, his studio in Hoboken NJ.
Some of the songs in consideration for a spot on vol 2 are.
Far Away. RecordDeal. Kill Devil Hills. Pain Killers. Georgia Night. Use your Illusion. Victoria. Wasted Uptown. Maxeen. For Christ Sake. Rails at the Station. One Night Stand. Jersey Style. The Lemon Tree. I won't let you down. Left me for Dead.

Also. Thursday night we will be at Majestic as Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. No Benmont. Our lineup will be, Tom, Mike, Howie, Stan.

This will be the only time that TP and the HB's will open for the milwaukees. Ever.

So, we had a string of great shows over the last weekend. Philly, Oktoberfest, and lastly Asbury Park. On the way home, as Jeff was driving our van "Spitzer," we came upon an suv that nearly swerved into the Bayonne bridge wall off of Exit 14 on the NJ turnpike. We thought that maybe it was Toonces The Driving Cat. Afraid to pass the suv, we followed a safe distance behind and watched it swerve. Finally just as it began to exit at 14A we came alongside and looked to check out this lunatic...only to discover a man receiving head from an assumed female passenger. Yay! Good times!

So anyhow, Thursday night at 8pm, we will be playing at Sullivan Hall in NYC. Come out and see us, and maybe we will see someone get head on the road on the way home!
