T.Lovit is the brainchild of fashionista, Tori Mitchell. Ms. Mitchell is a native of the Garden State where she hails from the town of Hoboken. As sole owner and President of T.Lovit, Tori brings her background in Business, her experience working in various upscale retail stores, such as Kenneth Cole, as well as her exceptional style to the table.

Ms. Mitchell, or rather Ms. Lovit as the industry has come to know her, aims to use her keen eye for style by providing unique consulting services to all those in need of a personal fashion consultant.

With the inception of T.Lovit, the average person also has access to personalized fashion consulting services that at one time only the rich could afford.

Ms. Lovit provides body and color analyses where she evaluates clients' body types and shapes, along with assigning them a "power color" profile. This enables T.Lovit to then personally contact retailers and also fashion designers whose styles and designs best suit her clients and their needs.

A major part of T.Lovit's services also include personal shopping, and wardrobe development and management.

Originally hailing from Pensacola, FL, Latatious has made major moves. Spending most of her time between Florida, New York, New Jersey and Delaware, she's determined to break the industry wide open with her skills.

Possessing a raw talent for finding hidden diamonds in the rough, she's nothing to take lightly. At the age of 28, she's helping to jump start what will turn out to be one of the most mind blowing accomplishments the entertainment world has ever known. Her love of music started at a young age, and has blossomed into a desire to help others successfully craft and maintain their own career in this dog eat dog business.

How do I even begin to tell you how excited Janine and I are to be introducing FreeLance to you?

When Janine approached me with her master plan, it is needless to say I jumped at the opportunity to work with her on this project. Less than two months later this dream became a full blown reality.

With strategic acts and more hidden talent in the wings, we are on fire. We are planning on officially introducing ourselves as well as all the artists/entertainers we are working with to the public by late January 2008.

Janine Alexia Archer is the 24 year old Founder and President/CEO of FreeLance Entertainment Inc, a multidimensional company committed to helping entertainers and organizations take control of their careers.

Janine is originally a native of Guyana, South America; however she was raised in Irvington, NJ since the tender age of 4. She is a graduate of Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Operating an entertainment company has long been a dream for Janine. During high school, she began a record label called Second II None, nicknamed 22N, with a close friend. Though the idea was sound, both Janine and her business partner were not ready to embark on the arduous journey associated with an entertainment company.

A few years later, Janine decided to embark on the journey again with another business partner, this time on a venture called MaX Generation. Though MaX seemed to be headed down a road of greatness, its life was cut short due to internal issues.

Most people would quit after two unfortunate failures. After her second venture, Janine took time to soul search and figure out exactly what she needed to do to impact the lives of entertainers everywhere. Enter FreeLance Entertainment Inc.

Here's what Janine had to say about her vision come to life:

"Peace to all entertainers, organizations and general supporters of FreeLance… During the past two years, FreeLance has made great strides in achieving our goal of providing entertainers and organizations with new ways to break into the music industry.

We are still in the process of building an untouchable network of entertainers and organizations. We have a long way to go, but this is definitely an exciting time!

I would like to thank all of our supporters for your willingness to help our valued entertainers and organizations side step the all the red tape associated with entering this industry, and instead concentrate on what they love to do."

Ms. Archer now resides in Belleville, NJ, which is just on the outskirts of the city that never sleeps and the epicenter of culture and entertainment, New York City. In her spare time, Janine is an insatiable music lover, spoken word poet, song writer, model, avid reader, internet junkie, and fashion addict extraordinaire.

Janine makes frequent trips to CT, NY, DE and various other states in order to further the mission of FreeLance. Ms. Archer believes that entertainers should share their God-given talents with the world.

Janine lives by the quote by Henry Bernard Shaw, "The goal of an artist is to create the definitive work which cannot be surpassed." Janine believes that artists should strive to reach that goal, while FreeLance takes care of the rest.
