One day I was talking to the Universe and it said, "I Love You."

So, being of a curious mind I asked the Universe, "why do you love me so?"

The Universe roared with laughter, turned inwards to me and said, "because You are Me, I'd be crazy to not Love you."

Thinking for a moment about what the Universe said, I again asked, "If I Am You and You Are Me, then who is this thing I think I am."

The Universe again echoed laughter throughout the cosmos, "I don't know who you think you are, and I don't care. Turn Inwards and You will See."

I didn't quite understand what The Universe meant by that so I resolved to find out. Then one day I was sitting on the porch and I noticed a twinkle in my heart. I thought to myself "what is that."

So, I kept searching my mind and heart, then all of sudden, in a flash, I saw a Light, and there standing before me was a Presence so Supreme I couldn't speak. Taking a moment to come to a calm state, I relaxed. Looking deeper into this Presence I saw something...

You know what that something was?

It was You..

As soon as I saw that, I heard that old familiar laughter of The Universe, and It kept laughing. I listened closely to hear from where it was coming. Low and behold, it was coming from within You...

And boy-o-boy am I glad that You showed up, cuz it has been nothin but Love ever since...

So, Thank You for You, cuz without you, I wouldn't Be...

Have you ever been down and out, deep in depression, where it felt like a vacuum cleaner was suckin you dry from the inside?

And on top of it, you couldn't see an end to the fucked up situation that seemed to bring on the depression? Like there was no tomorrow, and really, you didn't care if there was no tomorrow cuz all you wanted to do was not exist anymore?

If you have fellt or experienced that, or anything similar, you might have also thought that happiness is a load of shit, that there's no way that you could ever find your happiness. Have you ever felt that, that happiness was NOT in your reach? Maybe you feel that now, maybe not.

Either way, it doesn't really matter, and if you think it does, well, then, that thought might be what is holding happiness from your experience. Cuz really, happiness lives right now. In fact, the now moment is the only moment where happiness can live. Cuz when it comes right down to it, this moment is birthed from a song of happiness...

I know, I know... "a song of happiness, come on dude, what'r you talkin about?"

Really, when the mind is quieted to a point at which you have none of your own thoughts rattling back and forth through your mind-space of conscious awareness, a universal song can then be heard. And really, it is a universal song.

It moves in a cosmic vibration. That vibration is the tone of un-ending happiness. That vibration/song has been sung since before time was even a concept, and it will be sung long after the concept of time has ceased to exist.

And it all happens in one moment, The Now Moment that is eternally vibrating. Any form of non-happiness is an experience that arises from the illusion of an ill conceived false-reality.

That ill conceived false-reality is the idea that says the past and the future are the domains where your happiness will be found.

Anything in time is ill-conceived because it speaks to temporal reality. Temporal reality is only an illusion to the eternal Reality that always is. To believe happiness exists in the temporary is subjecting your experience to a fleeting and impermanent foundation of illusion.

Happiness can only be experienced Now. And when the mind and heart is opened to this moment, the realization that you are the Essence of happiness can then shine in an infinitely abundant movement, and your life, well, turns into Life...you know, the Life Eternal...

so, happiness to you, cuz as I give it to You, I give it to myself, so really, if you want happiness, give it...

"Hey you fuckin piece a shit," a voice rang out in my head, "who the fuck do you think you are, sittin there like you're king shit when you know full well you ain't nothin but a giant puss bag?"

"fuck you asshole," I said to the voice.

"fuck me... fuck me... do you know who you're talkin to, I'm you're worst nightmare, I'm the fucker you can't live without. Without me you ain't nothing but fuckstick who can't do nothin ya want cuz you're too damn scared of what will happen."

looking in the mirror, "Shut the fuck up dude," I said to myself. "I don't need you and you aren't real. You're just a figment of my imagination that I created, and I can uncreate you, you mean nothing."

A moment of silence passed, I glanced out the window and saw the rows of corn passing by in a stream of greenness as the car sped down the highway. It was quite often that I had to resort to direct confrontation with my own insanity, a voice of nothingness competing for domination of my mind.

and if you're anything like me, you know this voice quite well, and maybe you believe that it is the voice that actually represents you and speaks for you. And maybe you see what it tells you as reality.

If this is the case, it is time to divorce that devil, to let it go, to be present with True Self in the sacred Union of your Heart of Hearts.

If you have experienced your self(small self) to be a wilely little fucker that doesn't know its place and you want to release that mental mindfuck of hell, you may be interested to know that you created it and you can uncreate it...

What you choose to give life to is what You choose to value. See that voice of meaninglessness as unimportant, value it not, and it will not be valued. And in place of that meaninglessness, there will be a void, and all you must do is fill that void with the Reality of who you are, which speaks in a voice of and unendless joy, and unconditional bliss, and all-consuming fire of light...

and you must Journey Within to Reveal the Truth so that you may Be Free...

A journey into Life is not really real, the Life of the journey is already here... to ponder and wonder about the infinite expanse can only take you to the doorway of the SuperFly Trance...
