a much talked about and greatly awaited movie, sure to be a cult favorite ill have to hear about for months, until it actually hits america and every goes stupid about it, i bring you personal thoughts on machine girl.
with cast blood pressure at literally explosive levels, this movie is not anything close to short on absolutely ridiculous levels of unbelievably unrealistic gore. why, just a moment ago i saw a lady attatch a chainsaw a la evil dead to her leg and cut a man's probably plastic and wood torso in half. the girl is in fact the star of sukeban boy, a slightly less violent, more boob filled hilarious movie about a particularly womanly man, by the same director. it was fantastic, and i reccoment it, also for gunboobs. ive just been hit with the realization that the father from that movie is also in this movie. his head exploded earlier.
anyhoo. filled with gallons and gallons of fake rocket propelled blood...wait. drill bra. hold on. ow. ha. another thing of note, often in this movie it is very easy to see that the characters are not actually coming into contact with kicks and such. so yeah...where was i. okay uh. rocket propelled blood, giant rubber accesories... and electric drill bras being shorted out with urine at the moment, and chainsaw arms. big rubber bodyparts, puncture wounds, more blood, family retribution and vengance, super mourning squad, and bullies promising to never be bad again please dont cut me into pieces nice blood covered lady i dont want to die i just wanted to look cool for the chicks PLEASE DONT CUT ME.
so yeah. i wont spoil the story, but it sucks so i dont want to talk about it. one of the interesting things about this movie is that no matter how gory or violent, its always incredibly tongue in cheek. its stupidly violent to the point of hilarity, though id still reccomend a somewhat high level of desensitivity to watch this movie. but even the scene where they deep fry her arm is reduced to a terribly comical moment where she pulls back this brightly colored delicious looking tempura arm, completely ruining any bad feelings. there was a lot of this sort of thing, blowing holes in people you could see through, twice in a row in fact. general insanely violent hilarity ensues. just about everyone goes super saiyan at least once. the girl who put the chainsaw on her leg also fought this girl with a katana and a human arm, obviously winning though i think she may have had the upper hand ohohoho. and to finish this paragraph off, there was even a wonderfully blatant old kung fu movie reference to master of the flying guillotine, which i found particularly wonderful, also incedentally priming the girls food for the chainsaw.
so there you ahve it. more than enough reason for going out of your way to find this movie, if any of this floats your wonderfully demented boat. apparently its already on netflix. i enjoyed it, though it wasnt quite the same surprised awesome level as meatball machine. same sort of thing. great.
do it. you know who the three of you are.

screamo is probably better live. i think screamo singers really have to think about what they do with the arm that doesn't hold the mic. whether they make motions or point at stuff or make movements in time with the song, or if they just hold their faces from the sheer pain of having to sing like that for more than one song. the first screamo band i saw was lioplurodon, which were pretty good, though i didnt like the singer much, except when he switched from screamo to doom growling. they had a good synthesizer player who apparently is in some kind of a relationship with a friend of my friend who is no doubt going to read this eventually.
then the band i actually went to see, powerglove, were awesome. from start to finish. really good speed metal from video games by guys in big foam armor. they were really great. plus moshpits. one funny thing of note was that rather than the fan stereotypically blowing the hair out of the guitarists face, it actually blew i more onto his face. also during sexy robotnik, they had sexy time on stage which means a bunch of dudes got on stage and took their shirts off. some of them were really fat. that was funny. they were doing sexy dances too. there were only like two girls who joined in, not shirtless.
look what i did were okay, but they were much less constructed and had like, messages in their songs or something. im not sure if their singer was a little retarded, or just high, or both. he was like, spitting lugies on the stage and stuff. he shot this huge one out of his nose. they also burned a dollar. it meant something. or something.
then was psychostick, who were fat and awesome. kind of like...system of a down plus alien ant farm maybe. good regardless. loud and funny and great. also they had one part where they gave this big burly dude a sombrero and the object of the game was to get the sombrero before the end of the song. this resulted in a hilarious dogpile of like eight guys with more constantly slamming into it or jumping on it. regardless, the dude kept it.
then was....uh....oh. with faith or flames. generic, butt apparently their songs were about politics...or something. they had two really good guitarists, but there was no flair. except lame.
some girl go groped or something. that burly dude went to go smack down on the dude and probably to eat him.
i wish i knew a good way to find out about music thats happening near me. feel free to suggest.
im off to more noise, possibly a movie, maybe draw a comic page or one.
goodnight kids. tastes better salted. or lightly broiled.

lately ive been sorting through more music than movies. also anime, nothing worth mentioning, except maybe madox01, which jared we're totally giving away that vhs copy of that that i have at the mecha panel we think we're going to plan. and maybe some of those gundam x vhs i have.
cough. music. uh. no one on the internet apparently knows where i can find some elevator to hell. i have to be content with side projects and alternatives. i listened to blonde redhead which was basically sonic youth but not as mellow. two subpop compilations that were awesome, with noise-rockabilly-punk stuff littering some pure noise. i was surprised. at the moment its mars volta which SOMEBODY told me to listen to. i may or may not finish it tonight. its good , also considerably more noiseladen than id expect. makes me miss old coheed though. also a jefferson airplane album that was boring and sort of lame. now im down to about 7.2 gigs or so of music to sort. BUT IM ALMOST THROUGH WITH THE BOREDOMS I HAVE LIKE FIVE SONGS not inlcuding the two(three?) albums i just downloaded TO GO AND I CANT WAIT WHYMUSTYOURSONGSEXCEEDANHOURLONG.
id like to start a noise band. id also like to get renoise to work like i want it to. also money. id like some of that.
also shenmue. two or so hours worth. do you know where i can find any chinese people? do you know any chinese people? im trying to find out about a chinese man... where can i find out more about chinese people?
pocahaunted is a wonderful band name.
still halfway working on a comic sort of not really.
good night kids. crispy brains.
