Current mood:  disappointed
I'm just thinking about the comments about last gig that someone of us made in private or in the live report on our website. Would like to say something as well.

It was a fundraising concert for Amani with three bands.
Which had played for free. Ok.
Which had bringed instruments and amplifiers. Ok.
In particular *we* bringed and mounted everything. Ok.

No one at the mixer (but me... playing and mixing on the fly... wow). Ok.

Nord Wind pub's owner earned - can't remember exactly - EUR 2,00 or 2,50 over a total entrance fee of EUR 3,50. It means that just EUR 1,00-1,50 went in favour of Amani Onlus. Despite of what they've earned, they didn't even gave us the traditional "end-of-gig beer". Ok.

But the thing that makes me disappointed at most is the fact that in this gig, in which we wanted to play more than usual, even without caring alot about the technical performance, people was absent.

Really.

Behind a column like hide and seek.
Stood like stones.
A dozen of paralized Evelines.

What a silly thing.

I almost missed the claque.

Current mood:  anxious

No news. We are in a period where everyone is really busy (me too) and we cannot date an evening to play all together.

In the meantime I'm making some little nice things to the website and all around (for example, I've discovered Quartz Composer on the Mac, and I've done a nice animation for the maxiscreen.. wow)...

By the way, I think that the place in the chart on Soundclick depends on how many people listen to our songs... so, when you can, give a look there and download... it would be nice to see our songs go up in the chart...

Yesterday I've found someone who added me among his contacts... later I've discovered that it's the contact of an association who would like to involve us in some of their activities.

Conversation began more or less like this:

- Hello, who are you?
- Hm... do you play in a band?
- Yes
- That's ok, I've found your address in your website... well, may we contact you when we'll have the possibility to organize exhibitions?
- Sure
- Ok, so may I keep this address among my contact, in order to alert you later?
- No problem... but would you please introduce yourself first?
- Ops... sorry.

...and so on.

Hey, what's a Kudo?!

...in the Grunge subcharts on SoundClick. Yes, must admit that it's strange to see our songs in a chart (sure, it's not the Top 40, but it's nice as well )

You can see the chart here: http://www.soundclick.com/genres/chartsSub.cfm?genre=Alternative&subgenre=32&currentpage=1

While our space is here: http://www.soundclick.com/wrongwayit

By the way, you can listen in lo/hi-fi versions (and download as MP3) the 4 tracks of our demo CD, the same that are always on air in our space; plus you can give a vote about them: hot or flop... useless to say, you'll click on "hot" uh?

Anyway new songs will come soon... give us the time to edit them a bit.

Ieri sono andato al Pellicano e indovinate che CD ho fatto mettere a Jordan? No dK, non la drum'n'bass...

Well, we have joined the MySpace community just some days ago, and we have found: a) our good old friends, b) some brand new cool friends, c) lots of fantastic bands all over Italy and all over the world.

It's really amazing to see that so much people like to look at our songs, even appreciate them... people want to keep us in their friends list, and I want to believe that it's because they think it's just good to keep in touch with us... and we like to do the same with them.

Ok, just some news... we've just finished a rehearsal for the band in a somewhat express edition (asd)... we'll play in a little last-minute unplugged at Controradio's Auditorium... just two songs... but there'll be a little surprise... ssst!

Tomorrow, after that micro-gig, another rehearsal for the band at its complete, for the gig on sunday... a bit stressing indeed, but I hope that it will help to make this gig a great, rocking reprise of our period of exhibitions; and, apart from that, I want to listen to INquiete... if they'll be as I think, I believe that they'll be very, very cool!

As today I'm obsessed by the word "thou" here is a little quote for you...

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.
(Aleister Crowley)

A bit anarchistic, if you know what I mean.

Viva I LITIGI CON LE EX!!! :P
Il mio stato di assuefazione verso i Led Zeppelin sta raggiungendo dimensioni immense.

If my wings should fail me, Lord
please meet me with another pair
