but i am on my computer just looking up a bunch of junk in my hotel room. my, the internet is...hmm, interesting. lol, well i had a show tonight in DC. Actually tonight was a reeeally good show! the audience was dope and the club is HOT! The club is called LOVE. i performed there yesterday.. the audience yesterday was cool but tonights audience was hype. Only thing that sucked was i got a bug on the plane out here...i mean like soar throat, stuffy nose type bug. my like! havent done a show in 2 weeks and i get a cold on my way to one! lol, But u know, Every crowd is different, every show..etc.i worked thru it. I perform there once again tomorrow and i'm told the audience is pretty hype on Saturdays too. they fit somthing like 6000 people in there on Saturdays! The spot is huge. lol, i had ome girls from the audience up there dancing-- i love doing that. just gives the show some personality and a little audience participation. i like when i can et other peope involved. cause really at the end of the day i do this cause i love it and i wanna have fun when im performing.

after this i go back to cali, i have a bunch of shows coming up especially in mid-july thru begining of August. By the way, Pulse might be coming out in August now. i dunno--when they make up their mind i will let u know casue i really want y'all to see the movie. and of course when the movie comes out i'll be doing all the tv shows and etc..

when i go back home i wanna get m workout on!! i think i'm gon hire my trainer again. you know when the weather gets nice you get inspired to do thing's ur lazy but wasnt trying to do in the winter...lol, im a great eater!! year-round too! lol :)

My nose hurts.. lol, did i tell y'all on the set of the Jessica video i was doing this little arm wave thing with Eva L. and by accident her hand hit me sooo hard in the nose?! lol, i have never felt anything like that in my life. Thank God i handle pain well. But for real, it hurt sooo bad! i thought my nose was gone bleed or was broken but it was straight. just had a lil bump on the side but only i could tell. but for real, i blow my nose the wrong way and it feels like its happened all over again! haha, have any of y'all broke ya nose before? thats gotta be crazy! anyway, her and i laughed and fell our butts on the floor when it happened cause we were on skates...my eyes just started pouring out tears!!! so yeah, im hoping they didnt catch that one on tape.. not to sexy! lol!
well, guess i will go to bed. all the cold medicine-era flu and throat coat tea is making me drowsy now.

Thats it!  Im gonna have to drop the People's Elbow on Miss Longoria...although I do want to see that on tape...might sound crazy but i think it would be kinda cute to see you in a blooper moment...also, youve inspired my lazy ass to start working out again...youre in great shape though so i dont know what you need to work on....im in shape too....round shape....lol...anyway, take care hun, and od on the Theraflu...youll feel better...and if ur all stuffy, I recommend the Afrin...so take the Afrin and Theraflu and call me in the morning....wink wink  ( i didnt find the smiley face that winks so I actually had to say wink wink...lol...yea youd think i was od'ing on Therafly right about now)

haha... so yeah... i was gonna say take some afrin... but i dont know about it with the current blow to the nose that ms parker gave to you... you shoulda decked her back! haha... jp... its all in good fun ... naw but that green afrin pump mist feels like you took a straight shot of vicks... clears out everything... and tylenol will get rid of the sore throat... but yeah today was not the day to be in so cal... there was a big ass fire off the 15 by pechanga in temecula which is where i stay... and there was traffic for days! amazing! the 15 was shut down! but yeah the air quality sucked and the big cloud was saddening! but yeah it was not the biz today! but yeah i feel bad that youre constantly on the grind... but let somebody know what the events goin down in so cal are and when they gonna be cuz i will for sure go to one ,,, if not all. back to the nasal injury! haha... i got headbutted in the nose by one of my boys... full speed... i was pourin out tears too... but yeah itll be sore for a minute... just dont touch it to much and watch it if you try to play basketball! haha... but yeah do your dirty and hit me back if you can! HOLLA!

Hope you feel better soon! It's cool that you write these blogs, it helps people see that ur just a normal person like everybody else who goes thru life's ups and downs. I gotta do some working out too... get back on top of things. I've been eating like a crazy woman lately

this is moe,yeah i had my nose broken playing basketball b4 i was in pain for bout 3 to 4 weeks.I gave me to black eyes because of it,so i was in the crib for weeks.Wouldnt wish that pain on my worst enemy.But any way like the old folks say you have to feed a cold to get rid of it,or sweat it out.wrap up in a blanket ,and fix you a hot tidy.That cold will be gone by the next morning.Get well soon.oh yeah by the way check out my website when you get a chance www.darestlezz.com new music on there.

I'm late but I have been hit on the nose before and when you get hit its like a flash of light because your eyes clothes and then a half of second headache and then here comes the pain like someone is holding your nose with some carpenter tool and (lol with all my "ands") your nose gets really hot and hurts only when you touch it or make a facial expression like laughing or frowning.

I am so mad that I missed you. My fiance and I go to Love all the time but we couldn't make it to see you because he had to work early the next morning and I couldn't find a babysitter for our son. He was joking like he wasn't going to go to work just so he could see you perform and I was like "I have no problem with you taking off to drool at Christina as long as I get to see her too!" LOL. Maybe, we'll get to see you the next time that you're in my area. Until then, keep doing your thing and please remain the sweet, humble person that you are. You deserve so much respect for that b/c a lot of artists out today let too much go to their heads but not you. Much Love!

I really enjoyed theshow on Friday night, you did your thing and worked it out even through your runny nose and sore throat. That is a true perfomer. Yeah the girls you pulled on stage were goin for theirs but I enjoyed your male dancers better. LOL I hope you had a good show on Saturday also.  I HAVE HAD MY NOSE BROKEN 3 TIMES SO I KNOW ALITTLE ABOUT THE PAIN.ALSO I ALWAYS HAD BAD NOSEBLEEDS THAT WOULD NOT STOP  EVERSINCE I WAS LITTLE SO I WOULD ALWAYS HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND HAVE A SUCTION TO STOP THE BLEEDING EXCEPT LAST  YEAR WHEN EVEN THE DOCTORS COULND'T GET IT TO STOP THEN A HAD AN OPERATION TO CAUTERIZE THE BLOOD VESSEL AND PUSH THE BONE  BACK IN PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF PLACE FROM ALL THE BROKEN NOSES.NOW THAT WAS SOME REAL PAIN.

I hope you feel much better when i read the part about u getting hit in the nose that reminded me when i was over my little sisters house on Friday night i was on the ground in my sister was like her comes her mom.. then thats when i turned off the light in the kitchen and we was walking toward the  basement door when my sister had left the cabinet open and i ran into it my nose had a bump on it in the middle it hurted so bad i thought i was going to cry but i didnt. now everytime i push down on my nose it hurts, when it happened my sister was laughung and crying at the same time. Well when ever u know if ur coming to Louisville let me know!!!

Ouch!!! I had an accident a few years ago and broke my nose lol, not a good look but hope your well, it's crazy your song Say I is played over her NONE STOP, every hour of the day, the video radio, it's love, i would love to see you come over to the UK and do some shows over here again, you were brillian on CD UK, if you did a minii tour over here it would sell out for real, we love you :-) happy 4th Christina xxx
