I remember a cute quote, regarding the Godfather, Paul Castelano...at the time he was having an affair with his maid, while his wife was still living in the house. His associates were not pleased....probably contributed to his murder............
Anyway, the quote that struck me was from the FBI....Joe O'brien was briefing his boss, about the Godfather loosing his grip, and refered to said Tryst......and referred to the maid as "The Yoko Ono of the Mob".
That says it all. In an interview, Yoko said that she thought that the bad feelings towards her "love in" with John Lennon, had to do with racism.
Right. John and she said up house, kick his child and wife out, and expect everyone to be ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so happy for them. While preaching love and peace, they caused just about as much personal pain and suffering as one could.
The following actions by them, in regards to Lennon's family (Cynthia and Julian) were nothing short of disgusting, especially taken in the context of J and Y promoting peace and love at the time.
A Beatles fan, I prefer to remember John, when he acted like a MAN, standing up for the oppressed, instead of later, burned out from Acid, becoming one of the oppressors best freind and patron.
