LA Weekly Detour Festival encourages everyone to take public transportation to the festival. 

Bring your Metro Pass, Metro Rail ticket or Metro Destination Discount Card dated October 4, 2008 to the Goldenvoice booth upon arrival (up to 9pm) for an entry to win a pair of tickets to Coachella 2009. 

Stay til the end and still catch the metro home.
