This, surprisingly enough, was the first time RTA have opened a gig since the Slightly Above Average days.
Some of the band, particularly Joel and Baru, did not seem particularly up for the gig at first, due to illness and tiredness.
However, things picked up when RTA took to the stage at around 8:50pm and proceeded to play fairly well through all the songs with no majorly noticeable errors, except for some oddly husky vocals...
Papa Smirnoff seems to be becoming the fans favourite, which is always good....though we don't really understand why, it should clearly be Let The Sun Set or the vastly underrated Song For Daisy Buchanan.....probably.
But anyway, overall the gig went well, with the same set as at previous gigs.
The other two bands, The Unknown and Peski Kings, were brilliant, and we all really enjoyed their sets.
Anyway that's all for now.
See you at The Waterfront on the 22nd!
Joel, RTA
