Then you log off from your account and go to sleep or to work or to work out in the gym or to visit a friend or to have lunch.
In about 1 hr, when you come back and check, if the Japanese Yen (JPY) has moved up in value 35 points (aka pips) to 114.730, you would make 35 points profit (114.735-114.700 = 35 profit points or pips)
One unit of Japanese Yen is worth about $8.75
You bought 7 units and made 35 profit points (pips).
Therefore, from this trade, you would make 7 units x 35 profit points x $8.75 (value of 1 unit of JPY) = $2,143.75 in profit!!!
(2) Here is another example:
Supposing you wish to make money by trading British currency, the pound, GBP (Cable).
You can buy 10 units of British Pound (GBP)
And you can decide how much profits that you desire to make, for example $3000.
So you enter a limit order to make 30 profits points (pips).
If the buying price of British pound, GBP at the present is 2.6000.
You may enter a limit price to make 30 profit points (pips), so the limit price that you will enter would be 2.6030.
Then you log off from your account and take off and go and do anything else you planned for the day.
In about 1hr-2hrs, when you come back and check, you would be surprised to find that the British pound, GBP may have gone up in value for 30 points (pips) and sold and that you have made 30 profit points (pips). (2.6030-2.6000 = 30 profit points or pips)
The value of 1 unit of GBP is $10.
Therefore from this trade, you would make:
10 units of GBP x 30 profit points (pips) x $10 = $3000
There are about seven highly profitable currencies that you can trade in this way and make thousands of dollars easily daily for at leats 4 days every week!
