Yes, that WOULD be nice. Thank you so much for your blogs. You are so right, again, of course. Unfortunately we, as a society, are far more concerned with being accepting of other people's "faith" than protecting our rights as human beings. We are not at war with people or another country, we are at war with Islam. The Koran is such a violent book and there is nothing else that makes them hate us. They kill us and celebrate the deaths of their sons (suicide bombers) because they believe in Islam. Bravo, Pat.

Clear and too the point yet the PC world won't have any of it. Sadly I believe we yanks are to blame we don't have American's anymore we have African Americans or Muslim Americans White Americans, Irish Americans, German Americans, Mexican Americans, Christian Americans, Jewish Americans ect.... not plain old Americans. I'm afraid that mentality of the other culture/race/religion first before their citizenship. What the west feared from soviets of sleeper cells slowly working their way in and taking over is happening with Islam. When in the hell did it become proper to kiss everyone else's arse? I think islam has enough respect in the west, it's a damn site more than the respect they give westerners in their country. At least with the worthless dollar, 100$+ a barrel oil and hopefully a democrat ran USA soon we'll figure out a green solution to not only save the planet but make oil all but un-needed. I'm quite sure all that sand they can figure out how to make glass to produce egg timers to supply the world! If we could only deport the trouble makers back to their poor arse country it would help. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I would have to say that I agree with what you are saying here... Anyways, my brother-in-law was Arabic and Muslim. He was a cool dude... My sister said that he beat her and a bunch of other things. Sadly, I also view her as a dishonest, controlling, hypocritical, vindictive bitch... (Which is why i do not talk to her these days). So, I think she was just trying to toss that card down. Anyway, I do enjoy your vids. Spent a long time on the net watching as many as I could. Thanks for what you do.. Who knows, maybe you are the 2nd coming of Christ... LOL!

High Dee Heidi Hi

My husband and I just finished listening... and he instantly remarked that you reminded him of Winston Churchill. He meant that as a high compliment, as Churchill was not in favor of appeasement at all.

And I thank you for welcoming all nutcase, deluded, terrorist nutjobs to make their remarks. It just gives your friends (like ME) a welcome opportunity to JOIN with you in slamming them back in return. The pen (or, in this case, the keyboard) is mightier than the sword... together we are changing minds and coming together against PC Idiocy. THANK YOU PAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say that I agree with you, but I wouldn't say that multiculturalism is a "myth." Cultural relativism is certainly a myth. I think that if you go around saying that multiculturalism is somehow unhealthy, then people will not take you seriously. I would be careful to specify that it is cultural relativism that is the problem. There is a difference. At least in the context of philosophy.

It might be believed listening to you that Islam has an integrated coordinated agenda of changing laws and the way of life in the UK and Europe, it is does not. Islam is not just too diversified in its command and control structure, it hasn't even got one. I also feel that any pandering especially by white liberals, is a reaction of embarrassment to the waging "aggressive war" against two predominantly Muslim countries. Of course being absurdly nice to Muslims in the UK helps not single cluster bomb victim in Iraq of Afghanistan, how ever that is one reason that this pandering should not be ignored.
But I say again there is no evidence of an international coordinated Islamic movement to change liberal capitalist democracies, this is a Donald Rumsfeld conspiracy myth, and despite the fact you don't say exactly that, I feel it is implied in the spirit of your piece.

You said "fit in". And I don't want to force Muslims or Christians or any one to "fit in" I don't believe in making people "fit in", cos its probably not my kind of "fit in" that you or others may wish me to fit into either.
Conforming is at best wanking. How much fun are we having not conforming with supernatural beliefs.

Another great video, Pat.

Peace would be nice, but our great (fucking stupid) leader is already planning to stay in power by pulling out the 'we're at war' crap.

Right now, our media is only concerned with shit that doesn't even involve the outside world, except Iraq, Iran, and Israel, and isn't even covering the European situation with the steady takeover, which is bullshit, because I happen to like knowing what the hell is going on.

You should lead a rally or something, get the British people to actually stand up and fight for what they believe in, instead of, as you say, pandering to the extremist muslims there.

Didn't I read somewhere that the SAS took out a terrorist training camp in northern England, who's members had plans to attack London and the surrounding area? Isn't that proof enough that the extremists are NOT going to allow for a free government?

Very entertaining. But why not clarify the difference between Islam and religious fundamentalism in general?

Fundamentalism implies a failure to adapt to changes which make sense. Islam, Judaism and Christianity all have majority followings of folks who used common sense and adapted to changing conditions. Those majorities are not fundamentalists. Fundamentalists often cling stubbornly to the writings in their Holy books.

In most cases, fundamentalists cling to things that do no harm to others like Christians who go to church on Saturday because they see it as fundamental. This hurts nobody. They can go to church on tuesday too. Eating fish like yellowfin tuna is common sense, even if they don't have scales! Stoning adulterers on the other hand is not tolerable in the US Constitution. I doubt it is acceptable in Europe.

Fundamentalism and greed motivated the "manifest destiny" era in the USA. The genocide of North Americans, Rhodesians, Palestinians and the Mexica each suffered due to an assist from fundamentalist doctrine. There is no doubt fundamentalist doctrine motivates SOME suicide bombings. But armed occupation of a sovereign nation, assassination of leaders of foreign nations and supplying arms to terrorist organizations motivates and justifies, even demands POLITICAL resistance.

Fundamentalists do some stupid things for all the wrong reasons. Mr. Bush has said that god told him to remove Saddam Hussein. He called the war a crusade. Should we believe he is a fundamentalist or a man using fundamentalism as a weapon to terrorize a nation?

Islam is not what you present it as. You are referring to fundamentalists who are duped into action by a foolish failure to adapt. But it is politicians who are using them to depopulate and control the Middle East. They are who we shoul scorn. They are treasonous to their own national constitutions, their citizens and the international community.

Once again you state very elegantly what is on many of our minds. I for one do say the same things about muslims in public as I do in private. I do have fears of being attacked when I do so since I live in the lagest arab population in the U.S.A. in the Detroit metro area just ouside of Dearborn, but I have The Law on my side with the freedom of speech. Mr. Condell you should have your own Television program in Britain like Bill Maher has here in the States on HBO. I know that is a fantasy, but I am very glad that you have thie outlet on the internet. Please keep up the good work.

Islamic fundamentalists have less to do with the Koran itself than they are a result of the geo-political struggles we've been enduring through for the past 100 years (the creation of Israel, U.S. military bases in their HOLY LANDS <--i.e. the number one most cited thing in terrorist propaganda, not to mention constant, consistent U.S./U.K. aggression and oppression of middle eastern peoples for their own benefit).

Thus, in the minds of would-be terrorists, the hatred of the oppressing outsider then gets channeled into religious fervor and yes, as we all know, it is reinforced and legitimized by certain religious words of antagonism in the case of Islam. But it is not simply about Islam itself. To think so is to be just as simple-minded as the religious fundamentalists we Athiests seem to like to feel above so often. And we in the West cannot simply play the role of the unknowing victim here, guilt-free and associated with the cause of truth, enlightenment and reason, and yet not at all associated with the bloodshed and brutal reign of dominance we've been a part of for the past umpteen centuries. It doesn't work that way. And our lack of acknowledgement of this as a society works to enrage others - a rage then manipulated by terrorists into gaining people as would-be pawns in their struggle.

And yes, I am an Atheist (raised Catholic) but some of my fellow non-believers act foolishly when they themselves seem to want to declare war on a religion like Islam. Newsflash: Christianity and Islam aren't going anywhere. It is intrinsic to most people to want to always believe and most will never change- we can try to enlighten them with our words and work to ensure the seperation of church and state (supported by many Christians no more than 40 years ago) and make sure that science isn't lost in the shuffle in our classrooms and legal systems. However, we need not lower ourselves to the kind of vehement comments their predecessors used towards us for centuries. Unfortunately for the human race Freud was wrong when he thought humanity could eventually collectively see past religion and move beyond it; this is a sobering reality we must begrudgingly accept. History moves in cycles and circles, and religion isn't going anywhere. Be it in the form of Scientology or Islam, it is a ghost of our past that will continue to linger onward.
